Great hotel, with a good location! Pool and gym on the roof were nice! Breakfasts and lunches were also great! Room was big and clean with balcony and nice view! Super comfortable bed ! Great service, thanks for that to all team and especially Denmar

The hotel area is in good location. Easy to find , smooth check-in. The cleaning service provided by Ishara & Rahul is excellent. They excel in communication and ensure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, resulting in a very satisfying stay overall.

Ishara is a lovely Indian worker always with a smile and trying to create a nice experience to the visitors. She cleans my room and it’s a very hard worker girl. I live in the grand belle vue and without any doubt, the people that work here are the main value of this place, which is now my house.

I stayed in this hotel. Felt it is homely environment. Every room has balcony. So u can get rid of 24/7 AC….met Rahul who used to come for cleaning. Wonderful person he is. The hotel is near metro station ..walkable distance as well. Barsha heights is very good area.

Very nice specially room service. Thanks to srivel,kasun and Kamil to provide best of their services. All are very cooperative nd friendly. We feel that we r in our place. Nice experience. Best of our wishes to all. Cleanliness is also good but they also need to improve pest control.

Great location. Central area in the middle of the main areas of Dubai. The hotel workers are great! In particular the cleaning service team. Restaurant is modest but enough variety. Special thanks to Snivel Kamel for making sure that my room is spot on every time he passes. Great value for money overall!

Nice place to stay for short or long term stays. House keeping staff is very helpful. Especially, Jeet has been alwqys there for any assistance needed. Gym and sauna is add on and if you are interested enjoy massage. Altogether a great experience Great stay,nice food and helpful staff

I went on the advice of a friend Mr. Sam that food and staff is v good and welcoming so I went there to check as my job is related to tourism but after talking to staff I found out that the management treats staff v badly.my friend praised one of the staff mousmi. sorry to hear from staff that she was hardworking girl and was fired without reason. How good would a place be if the staff is not taking care of. Not a single staff appreciated the management. We do not send or recommend a place where management does not treat its employees properly. David S Junior
