The experience was nice overall, but too many cars in the parking

As a business traveler, my stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Here are the facts for fellow travelers to consider: Misrepresentation and Deception: I booked a room explicitly advertised as a 'King Bed Room,' but what the hotel provided was a 'fake king bed' made of two twin beds pushed together. To hide the large gap in the middle, they covered it with a thick bedsheet. This is a clear case of intentionally concealing a defect. Physical Harm: Because there was absolutely no support where the beds joined, I woke up this morning with severe lower back pain after sleeping directly on the gap all night. It wasn't until I pulled back the sheet that I discovered the truth. Extremely Insincere Handling of the Issue: After finding the problem and discussing it with the hotel, the manager only offered a '5-hour late checkout' as compensation. For a serious breach of contract that caused physical harm and involved deceptive practices, I found this attempt to downplay the issue and offer a meager resolution completely unacceptable. Consumer Tip: These拼接床 (jointed beds) not only disrupt sleep but also pose health risks. If you book a king bed room, make sure to lift the sheets and inspect it upon check-in. In Summary: The hotel is dishonest about its facilities and shies away from taking responsibility for its service. I have already submitted the evidence to the booking platform and reserve the right to pursue legal action. I strongly advise anyone who values good sleep to think twice before choosing this hotel to avoid a negative experience.

There was sound coming from the other rooms very loud noise and even there was a door connecting the room next to us

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the price is excellent for the services offered. One minor drawback might be the limited parking.

First of all friendly staff and friendly service. However is this a 4 star level restaurant ? No unfortunately. WiFi was very slow. They do not provide cutlery unless you are buying something from their menu. 4 stars hotela have a set standard of quality and service and amenities. They definitely need improvement on that.

Room is not perfectly cleaned. Mirror is dirty. Stuff is not polite, better to improve and we will come back😁

It was just okay, not great for us. We booked a room with a city view, but we got a corner room with a wall/building view. 😄 The reception said it used to be a city view before, but now there are buildings. There was no dental kit, and when we asked for drinking water, it was not delivered. They warned us about minibar items and charges, but the minibar was completely empty. Overall, the staff were not very friendly to us.

I love this hotel and how friendly it is with the location and the barbershop below but the parking is always a problem unfortunately

Good environment, clean room, but the service is a little bit slow…

I would say everything about the hotel was good but they have not let us check in as one of my family member we’re not having the physical passport and we had to go through a lot of hassle and they have also denied the process the refund but we are very much thankful to trip.com and the executive Mr Johnn from trip.com for helping us with the refund amount and also for giving us a complimentary hotel stay for the hassle we had to go through. Much appreciation to Mr Johnn and the entire trip.com team for providing us an excellent customer service.
