Nice hotel overall — clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. However, I had booked a room with breakfast included, but I was charged for it again at check-in,Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Was pretty good value for money. The location is very good being next to Mall of the Emirates. The internet works well.
The breakfast was relatively good too. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my impeccably clean and comfortable and big room.
The room itself was well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view from the room was stunning, adding to the overall ambiance.the dining staf was friendly and helpful to the guests as well, the house keeping was very helpful, actually all the staff in this hotel was friendly people and smiling as well with the guests,
The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
What truly setting the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable.
