We stayed three nights for our transit and shopping activities from China and the everything about the hotel is average. Not impressed that much

The location is crowded, be ready to enjoy a Mukti ethnicity crowd here. Greatest plus is that you have a metro station right in the entrance. Lot a restaurants to explore street food at budget price. Place is a bit old fashioned, and room furniture etc is a bit old. Overall a budget option for stay in Dubai, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast at 25 dirhams is good.

The hotel location is Superb.It is located right in front of Baniyas Square Metro Station.Bit the hotel itself it is not suitable for family.Solo traveller is okay.Because the hotel is located in front of main road..It is very Noisy.Cleanliness...please do better..My bedsheet is making my skin itchy.Overall...2.5 out of 5.
