I was worried about the bad comments after making the quick reservation. The price was not the best but being close to metro station was my reason of choice. The welcoming was really nice even I do not understand the hindulish. The room was quite but you will hear planes landing all the time if you are on 6th floor. The kettl and irone did not work but it was late to ask for a new one to drink tea or ironing. The hair drier was hidden under the table , the room was freezing cold even I turned off the AC. The room was moderate in clean but the room needs restoration which is very low than Ramada standarts. I am happy with staying here but it deserves more interest.

We had a great experience in Hyatt Hotel. The room is comfortable & was cleaned everyday without exception. We have stayed for 5D4N, all days weee exceptional clean. The daily food varieties were different each day & the taste are all good.

I had a good trip. The service is excellent. The workers are friendly. The location is good. And the tours service is also good.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure. From Dubai airport, we took the public bus that stops right in front of the hotel.The Metro is also there. Super convenient. The hotel is connected to a building that has several shops like supermarket, cafes and a pharmacy. We arrived at the hotel late morning and while we were not able to check in yet, we were able to leave our luggages at the reception and rested for a while there making use of the common computer and helped ourselves to the complimentary drinks. The hotel is right across the Old Dubai where there are numerous restaurant, supermarkets and shops. It might take you around 20 mins or so walk to the waterfront where you can take the Abrar to the opposite side where the souk is. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We didn't make use of the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Dubai Creek for 1 night. Its located just 5mins by foot from Union bus station. Check in staff were very nice, upgraded my room and agreed to late checkout. The room was big enough for 2 people and well furnished, however the toilet was small and felt cramped. The balcony and views of the creek and property pool were beautiful. The breakfast had everything expected from a 5 star property. I utilised both the fitness and Spa facilities and they were both top notch. Overall a well located and not too expensive 5 star experience of a iconic property that started operation in 1975 and still going great guns. Highly Recommended!

Location is excellent and very convenient. Cleanliness is good overall. However, the service could be improved. There was no staff member available to assist with luggage at arrival or departure, which is a service usually available even in smaller hotels. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is also very narrow. I believe people with larger body sizes may find it difficult to comfortably use the bathroom due to the limited space. There are also some small but important amenities missing. There is no bar soap provided, only liquid soap. There is also no separate shampoo or conditioner; instead, there is a single liquid that the staff say works as both body wash and shampoo, which is not ideal. The furniture could be improved as well. There is no closed wardrobe, even though the room space seems sufficient to accommodate one. The bed size is medium; if two people share it, it may feel somewhat tight

Choosing this hostel for my solo trip was definitely the right call. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. What really impressed me was how clean it was; the beds were made daily, and the bathrooms were constantly being cleaned. None of the typical messy or damp issues you sometimes find in hostels. The common area had a really relaxed vibe, perfect for meeting travelers from all over and sharing itineraries. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, assisting with luggage storage and giving excellent route advice. It was generally quiet at night, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. It’s perfect for budget travelers and solo wanderers. Highly recommend it to fellow travelers on the road!

The hotel is located in the old town, just 4 km from the airport. The rooms are new and well-maintained, and as expected from a major brand, the breakfast was good. The service was efficient and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We ended up spending 14 unexpected days in Dubai due to airspace issues, and the team at Best Western Pearl truly made our stay memorable. The staff took wonderful care of our family and especially our kids. They went out of their way to arrange vegetarian meals for us and provided a very kid-friendly breakfast every day. Over the course of our stay, we actually made good friends with many of the staff members. A special thank you to Vijay, Blessy, Suzitte, Nafeez, and Rozan for their kindness and hospitality. The chefs also deserve a big shout-out we loved the food so much that we often chose to eat at the Pearl Creek restaurant instead of going out. The gym and swimming pool staff were also fantastic with our kids, which made the experience even better for our family. We truly appreciate the warmth and care we received and would definitely recommend Best Western Pearl for anyone planning a stay in Dubai.
