I stayed at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport during a long layover, and it turned out to be a much better experience than I expected for an airport hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and even a safe for valuables, which gave me peace of mind. A detail I really appreciated was the quality of the hairdryer in the room, something small, but often overlooked even in higher-end hotels.
The staff were another highlight. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Since I only had about 20 hours in Dubai, they went out of their way to give me tips on how to make the most of my short visit. That extra effort made a big difference.
Food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good for the price, and the variety was more than enough for a short stay. For me, though, the real game changer was the free shuttle service that runs regularly between the airport and the hotel. It was extremely convenient and took away any stress about getting back in time for my next flight.
Overall, Premier Inn is an excellent choice if you’re in Dubai for a layover or a short stay. Comfortable, affordable, and far better than your average airport hotel. i would definitely stay again.

This is undoubtedly an excellent value-for-money hotel at Dubai Airport. Both this hotel and The Loft are good options. The Loft is within walking distance of Terminal 1, and this hotel is also very conveniently located. After exiting Arrivals at T1, turn right and walk for about a minute, and you'll spot the parking area. This is the designated pick-up point for all hotel shuttle buses, and each bus clearly displays the hotel's name. However, for such a major international airport like Dubai, the signage definitely needs improvement. I struggled for quite a while to find it. A clear 'Hotel Shuttle Buses' sign right at the exit would make a huge difference for travelers.

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-designed with modern touches. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a good variety and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A great choice for a comfortable and affordable stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent with easy access, and the cleanliness was noticeable throughout the property. The staff, especially in the restaurant area and at the front desk, were friendly and helpful
The breakfast was great, and I particularly enjoyed the open, green areas of the hotel – they added a refreshing touch to the overall experience. The rooms are equipped with a smart system that automatically controls the lights and curtains, which was a nice modern feature.
However, there are a few areas that need maintenance. The rooms lack soundproofing, and it could get quite noisy at times due to sounds from neighboring rooms. The bathroom door also needs adjustment – it made loud noises when opening and closing. Additionally, there was water leaking near the cleaning hose, and although maintenance was called for both the door and faucet, the issue wasn’t fully resolved.
One suggestion for the restaurant: it would be helpful if the kitchen staff had a trolley to collect used dishes. It seemed uncomfortable for them to quickly clean tables without it.
In general, the hotel is beautiful and well-kept, and I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Great hotel for Business travelers. It is close to the airport and you cannot hear the flights taking off which is perfect. It is an older hotel but in good shape and very spacious room compared to other hotels in Dubai.
Downside - the meeting room services are a shambles. There is no coordination for services agreed. The internet is HORRIBLE . 2 years back we conducted job interviews for new candidates. The network connectivity was beyond workable . Fast forward 2 years later - it is still down the shitter hole .I could not run a single report . I had to hotspot my phone on roaming to get my work done. I told the front office - all they do is apologize. For a holiday great place ..not for business guest

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Elevator Incident and Unprofessional Conduct
I recently had an alarming and deeply upsetting experience at your hotel. I became stuck in the elevator with no ability to go up or down. Despite repeatedly pressing the alarm and knowing there was a camera present, no one responded. This caused me significant distress, leading to a headache and a full-blown anxiety attack. Thankfully, the elevator eventually descended on its own, allowing me to get out.
Following this, I reported the issue to the cluster duty manager, Zakariyae Bensbih. Unfortunately, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He offered what seemed like a minimal gesture of compensation—one free meal for myself and a friend, with 50% off for any additional friends—then changed the terms entirely. Worse, he spoke rudely and disrespectfully to his own staff in front of guests, which was both embarrassing and unacceptable.
During our visit, my friends and I witnessed Mr. Bensbih yelling at Ferdous from the restaurant team, who was simply doing his job. Ferrous was polite and professional throughout, and did not deserve that treatment.
On a more positive note, I want to commend Sarita, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of safety and professionalism I encountered.

A decent place to stay for a night or two between flights. Very close to the terminal. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast area was poorly planned, with the food laid out on a very high counter that was obviously meant to be a bar, but which meant children and shorter guests could not see let alone reach the food. At night, the reception is closed and guests need to walk to the adjoining hotel, Aloft, to check in or get support. The phones from the room are supposed to connect to the Aloft reception after hours, but at least one night they didn’t and we had to walk all the way down to the lobby then over to the adjoining hotel to request room service. Also, there was no exercise room.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. You can find it on the first floor to your left after exiting the airport. The cleanliness was satisfactory. I remember booking a king room, but I was given a twin room instead. The room was a bit small, but there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel.

If you’re flying into Dubai, there are two big airports you’ll probably use: Dubai International Airport (DXB)—the busier, more central one—and the newer Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) down in Dubai South. Which one you pick just depends on your airline or where you’re heading. If you want a hotel with easy airport shuttles (so you don’t have to worry about getting to the city right away), these two work well:

Getting around Dubai isn’t hard—there are lots of easy ways. The Dubai Metro (it has red and green lines) hits most big spots, like Downtown or Dubai Marina. It’s air-conditioned and cheap. If you want more flexibility, apps like Uber or Careem work here, and regular taxis are easy to find too. For short trips, you can rent bikes or e-scooters, especially in areas like Jumeirah Beach Residence where it’s easy to walk. And if you want a fun, cheap ride, take the Water Bus (abra) across Dubai Creek—it’s a nice way to see the water.

The only problem is the lack of information of the shuttle bus. It took us almost two hours to find it. I called the hotel and emailed twice but still didn’t get the information of how and where to look for the shuttle bus.
It is on the third floor of the airport. Not where the taxis are, but one floor higher. Get off the exit 2 and turn left, there will be a place where the shuttle bus stops. And there is no sign which is very sad.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just super. 3 minutes to the metro. On the 1st floor there is a supermarket. A huge hypermarket lulu is 10 minutes away on foot. There are exchange offices and shops nearby. Breakfasts are varied, for every taste and for any age. There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach. So the hotel has a swimming pool, sauna. And the rooms have slippers, bathrobes, soap accessories. Friendly staff, cleaning every day. I recommend!!! I will definitely come back again

It was very ideal cause it was not too far from airport about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was easy for me to reach main directions food nearby and walking area.
