Facilities were excellent and staff were amazing too. Quiet and clean with great amenities. Buffet breakfast had great variety to accommodate many different tastes.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time my son walked by the front desk, they'd offer him juice. Once, my son asked for a rubber band to play with, and the staff member brought him a whole big bundle – it was hilarious! 😂 The overall decor has an 'old money' vibe, and the lobby is adorned with many humorous takes on classic oil paintings. Most of the guests coming and going seemed to be business elites. There's a metro station right outside the door, and it's quite close to Dubai Mall – you can actually walk there. The only minor downsides are that the facilities are slightly dated (though still perfectly fine), and driving is a real pain. Because it's so central, you can get stuck in traffic for half an hour right outside the hotel during peak morning and evening hours (no exaggeration!).

I just spent three nights and two days at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for my first trip to Dubai! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel has everything you could need: a 24/7 supermarket, a restaurant, game rooms, a gym that’s open all the time, and an outdoor pool that’s available from 8 AM to 10 PM.  One of the best features is the shuttle service that takes you to the metro station, Kite Beach, and the Dubai Mall. It made getting around so much easier than dealing with taxis! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay at a ROVE hotel again on my next visit to Dubai!

The hotel is right next to the exhibition center, literally next door, but the facilities are a bit old. I was originally on the 10th floor, but due to a leak in the bathroom, it took a long time for them to agree to move me to another room, and I ended up on the 2nd floor. (I was unhappy, and there was no apology or compensation). Aside from its proximity to the exhibition center, dining options nearby are very inconvenient. You have to walk completely through the exhibition center (about 5-8 minutes) to get to the restaurants next to it (which aren't great anyway) and the nearby supermarket. Extremely inconvenient. Prices in Dubai are significantly higher than in previous years. A typical lunch or dinner costs around 100-200 yuan per person. My personal recommendation, if you don't have high expectations for hotel service (don't need daily cleaning) and just need a place to sleep for a few nights (only requiring cleaning every two or three days), which is the kind of guest I am, then I suggest you choose an apartment hotel just one exhibition center away (opposite and next to the DWTC metro station). It's located at another entrance of the exhibition center (not the IBIS), the price is more reasonable, and crucially, it's actually closer to the actual Halls 1-3.

Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉 The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉

The location is super convenient. You can dial '0' every day for free coffee. Right across from the hotel is an exhibition center, which is incredibly handy. The bed is a bit small (comparable to Hong Kong), but for a business trip, it's acceptable. As for breakfast, for my Chinese palate, it was pretty average. Hope they can improve it. The location is great, close to the subway and also near the Burj Khalifa.

Great location, overlooking Burj Khalifa. I loved that there is a regular shuttle bus going to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Kite Beach. Friendly hotel staff, spacious clean room. I just wished the hotel cleans the window more frequently, as the windows were really murky and affected the beautiful view.

A Perfect Base in Dubai: Rose Park Hotel Review My recent stay at the Rose Park Hotel in Dubai was excellent, delivering tremendous value, especially due to its unbeatable location (5/5). The hotel’s proximity to public transport is its single biggest asset. Situated directly across the street from the Insurance Metro Station, navigating the city was absolutely effortless, making it the perfect base for both business and sightseeing. Beyond the convenience, the service truly elevated the experience. The entire staff team was incredibly hospitable and attentive, always providing a warm welcome and prompt assistance. The room itself was a comfortable and functional retreat. It was decent and spacious, and I was particularly impressed by the fast, reliable WiFi. Finally, a small but essential detail, especially when dealing with the Dubai heat, was the guaranteed ice-cold shower, a reliably perfect way to refresh and cool down after a long day. For a hotel that offers such convenience and great service, I highly recommend the Rose Park Hotel.

Could easily be a 4* hotel, but wants to be 3* only. Some staff is very friendly/ professional, some the opposite. It’s noisy during the day because of construction in the building. Nice lobby, good atmosphere, right next to the Emirates Mall. Rooms are basic / functional. Nice pool, they share with the neighbouring hotel. Gym is ok.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing—right in front of the metro station and very centrally located, making it extremely convenient to get around. It offers great value for money while still feeling luxurious. A special mention to the bathrobe, which was super comfortable and honestly one of my favorite details. The service was outstanding—10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
