The hotel is very clean, and the location is very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful, many thanks to all, especially Salma and a few others whom we did not manage to get their names that had helped us during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, made our stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable. If we ever visit Dubai again, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The environment is relatively old, and the sanitation is quite clean, but the network is very poor, and it is impossible to find the front desk to change the network. The signal is very poor, only the living room has the network, and the bedroom has no signal.

Stayed from 11th - 20th Oct. 2023. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Front office staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Mr. Jamal even went out of the way to help fix my laptop's connection problem. The staff at the Café, Manal and Meera were excellent and efficient. Housekeeping could do with some improvements. Sometimes they forget to put in fresh towels. Overall a pleasant stay and must commend the hotel on the staff's professionalism, friendliness, and customer service attitude. Will certainly stay there again.

Ibis Deira City Centre is my usual hotel without thinking in Dubai It has the best Staff (reception, restaurant & housekeeping) The best location in Deira just infront of the city centre Taxis available infront of the hotel 24/7 Best value for money Totally acceptable breakfast, not the most fancy in the world but you will find whatever you like for sure (You have to ask the housekeeping if you want to get you toothpaste and toothbrush) Great coffee in the room 😍 Fast check in Very near to metro station Nearby supermarkets and restaurants Really you can’t find any cons for this hotel except if you don’t like small rooms, which is not a con for me as I always visit Dubai for business trips Very recommended 😍❤️
