The hotel is in Khalifa Tower, so the area is definitely limited, but the bed is good, the pillows are good, the internet is good, and the breakfast is OK. The service is very good, the sanitation is fast and clean.

It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. The room was large, it had a terrace, and the service was good. When we asked for toothbrushes, the service staff brought them promptly and their attitude was very good. We stayed for one night and when we came back in the evening, they made the bed and closed it. The curtains were installed, which was very considerate. You can use the infinity pool on the top floor for free when you stay in the hotel. The scenery is beautiful; the breakfast environment is also good, and you can order dishes a la carte. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far to walk from Dubai Mall, and it takes a long time to walk through the passage. There are other Address hotels passing by in the passage, which should be closer. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room, but there are some office buildings in the foreground, which is not as easy to take pictures as expected.

There is nothing to say about the location of the hotel. Outside the window is the street in front of the Dubai mall, and the hotel lobby directly enters the Dubai mall. The room is not big, definitely not worth the price, but the warm and thoughtful service, I think it is definitely worth the money I spent. The hotel provides three meals, which is a perfect match for shopping in Dubai Mall. Moreover, the price of the hotel taxi is not much more expensive than that of an ordinary taxi. It feels like a clean stream in the hotel taxi.

The hotel I stayed at on my first night in Dubai was very clean. It was great. The service was also very good. They delivered water and collected garbage for us twice a day. However, after I refused the offer to upgrade the room and pay for breakfast at the front desk, I refused to check in. They charged me a deposit of 1,000 dirhams and told me that it was charged in Dubai. However, several hotels later did not charge it. It has been three working days since I left the hotel and it has not been refunded. I am not very happy about this. Other than that, Everything else is very good. I will choose it again when I come to Dubai!

We had a tricky check in arrived after check in time and both of our rooms were not ready, the lady on reception tried to sell me an upgrade instead, we are Diamond members and this was never acknowledged, nor any free upgrade offered. Instead she muddled through trying to sell me an upgrade. This was sorted out by the duty manager and we were offered a free dinner as an apology. The rooms are exactly as pictured online, lovely, calming and everything works. Shower pressure and ac are both good. We had a lovely Easter egg gifted and they also provided a little tent for our youngest to play in, very thoughtful. We booked a corner suite and a twin room. The pool area is small but it is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel and our children enjoyed it. Breakfast has a decent selection of food, although coffee service is a little slow.

Hotel was in a great location opposite the Dubai mall. I had a room over looking the Burj which was fantastic, clean and had a comfy bed. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel provided free drinking water for your room and had a travel agent working in the lobby who you could book tours for. As a solo traveller, I would 100% recommend this hotel.
