Honestly, I cannot be happier with Jumeirah Living Gate and all about it. I was looking for something relatively long-term to stay in Dubai, yet I wanted to have hotel vibes and all the amenities in place. Jumeirah Living Gats is a super new place, they opened only in September 2020, so I truly love NEW Furniture, and overall the design and the vibes of the place. They do have everything you need: great swimming pool with a heated little pool, sundeck, a business lounge, a great gym + sauna and hummum. Nearby you have a great walking promenade (super rare for Dubai), 2 (!) supermarkets, a coffee shop, a shopping centre nearby, a healthy cool restaurant in the building. At the same building, there is a king's college London hospital - so you can get your covid test before flying, they have a manicure and all these beauty treatments in the same building too, so - there is even no reason to go out))) To me one of the most important aspects is PEOPLE. and I must say at Jumeirah Living Great the whole team is AWESOME. Everyone - super polite, super helpful, smiley and you truly feel like at home. I never had a similar attitude somewhere else. I had some questions on arrival - everything was resolved within seconds. Thank you to the whole team! In particular (I wrote down some names, but not the whole list!) Jimmy, Naval, Muhhamad from the sales/management team. Rabina, Jarkyn from the reception Robert, Bilal, Sanjoy from customer service/reception Business Lounge: everyone is great too super attentive to every client and do everything beyond expectations. I remember Josephine, Ali, Rizmi, thank you guys, and the rest of the team too! I am back in a week time and look forward to it.

We had a fantastic visit to Le Meridian Mina Seyahi. March is the perfect time to visit. Could not fault the location, staff or facilities. Upon early arrival, our room was not ready as expected, but thought we would use the time to explore the facilities available, to my surprise we could use the waterpark and kids club straight away which was an added bonus. As a Bonvoy member I was contacted via the app to say my room was ready earlier than expected. The room was large with a fantastic views, if I had to recommend anything it would be a separate shower, the bath over the shower felt a little dated. We had club lounge access and availed of the afternoon tea and light bites in the evening and happy hour. It was a great place to wind down in the evening with two kids and staff were very accommodating offering to get them french fries when we had our light bites. Swimming pools, beach, waterpark were all excellent, beach even had toys for the kids. Damachino at the pool, was a gem, always reminding my kids of items they left behind and even went out of his way hours later to return a pair of googles! He provided complimentary water while arranging the beds and towels for us. A nice touch for the kids was the short buggy ride (but very much walkable) to the Westin, we could also use the pool and beach area there as well as the additional dining options. Just outside the hotel entrance there is a bridge over to the tram which allows you to travel around to the Marina/JBR. Also beside the tram station there are a few shops, a supermarket and pharmacy which we found useful. Overall I would have no hesitation to return here either as a couple or with the family. All staff fused over the kids and nothing was ever an issue, thanks for making our vacations a great one!

We booked a 160-flat 2 bedroom suite, the room is really big, look at the Palm Island, but our floor is not high, 15 floors, not obvious, it is estimated that more than 30 layers will be clearer. The service of the hotel is very good and everyone is very enthusiastic! Carrefour is not far away, you can buy food and cook for yourself. We basically cook for ourselves! The traffic is also convenient, we are self-driving, the hotel is to help stop the car, and there are subway stations not far from the surrounding, just a few hundred meters away! In short, it is a very good hotel, it is recommended!

My wife and I stayed at the Grosvenor House for only 1-night during our stopover in Dubai for our honeymoon. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00am after taking a redeye flight and were exhausted. The reception staff was very friendly and worked diligently to get us into the first available room and a complimentary upgrade. The concierge was also helpful in planning activities and providing recommendations. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an excellent variety of food options. The pool area is nice and relaxing and perfect way to cool off from the heat. We went to Buddha-Bar for dinner/drinks and it was a fun experience with delicious food, and located in the hotel. The location was great since you can walk around the marina in the evening and watch all the boats. We also had cocktails at Bar 44 to end the night. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend the Grosvenor House.

This is one of the best hotel in Dubai. It has huge 2 bedrooms apartments, very clean and comfortable with 4 bathrooms. This kind of apartments are suitable for families with children. We stayed at the HGR at the beginning of September. We were very impressed from the beginning.At check- in we asked as it was our 30th wedding anniversary if another room on a higher level was available, we had been given a garden room . Nazima from customer services was excellent, she showed us a few rooms & moved us . We were half board & I must say the food was very good . Good selection at breakfast and evening meal you had a choice of other restaurants on site to eat at ,all good food & great customer service. The polo bar which we used earlier evening every day was excellent & Hannah was very friendly & we all thought her customer service was brilliant. All in all a great friendly hotel & would definitely return.
