If i could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. I reserved 2 rooms, they were supposed to be connected. Told upon arrival that they didnt have connecting rooms. Ok fine, i'll take 2 rooms side by side. What was supposed to be a relaxing bachelorette trip was anything but..... We went down to the pool, no towels. Go and ask for towels, were told they would bring them down. We go back to the pool to find out its maybe 70°, being very generous. A guy came in and asked if there was food floating in the pool. We didnt see any at that time, however, we did inform him that the pool was very cold. He told us it was 86°. That was more than laughable! He then went in and turned something on and warm water came into the pool for maybe 5 minutes. Then nothing. So no swimming for us. After going back to our room, we then decided to go down and have a drink at the bar. Big mistake, the bar tender was rude, putting it nicely. Drinks were ridiculous, she couldnt make a double, but charged double. I still tipped on a $71.28 bill for 4 drinks. One was so strong we had to ask for more ginger ale. Poor service and bad drinks. We went back to our rooms to relax and literally spent the rest of the evening listening to teen boys run and scream up and down the halls until late. Multiple times they were asked to stop. It continued. No one answered the front desk phone. Tried drowning out the noise but the fan wouldnt stay running and the sink faucet for our room leaked all over the counter.👎
