Small student rooms. Good option for Dublin during peak season( August month).
Large foyer, small gym.
Decent location- 25mins walk to central.
Tescos next door.
Felt safe in area.
Check in process could be quicker and more seamless. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the location — just a 12-minute walk to the Guinness Museum and only 2 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The area is lovely and quiet, with huge halls since it’s a student apartment-style building.
The room itself was clean but a bit tight for two people. It would be great if the hotel provided free adapters — something to keep in mind when packing!
Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ordered dinner via Uber Eats and had a great time eating in the large shared kitchen/dining room on our floor.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

Student accommodations, so you get what you pay for. Towels are included, but access to the gym is only available if you book for longer than 2 days. Our shower was also clogged so the water would fill up, but otherwise the rooms were clean.

This is a student dormitory. Every unit has 5-6 rooms and share one kitchen. Each room has a double bed, maybe OK for young couple, but too small for 2 adults. Each room has its bathroom. Shared kitchen has most of staff needed. It is very clean everywhere, all facilities are working well.

This price is extremely rare in London. I heard it used to be a student accommodation, and breakfast was included. Many people stayed here. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the Tate Modern, very close to the subway, and about a 40-minute walk to Chinatown. It's suitable for short trips.
