Excellent customer service; the receptionist was wonderful and very welcoming. They advised good places to eat and drink and assured me as a solo, female traveller I was in a safe area. The room itself was warm, big, and clean.

Booked to be close to the National Concert Hall. Nice area but on a busy junction with lots of road noise. The room was clean and comfortable but there was no heating. As we stayed at the end of November it was very cold. The shower was a pod type thing that barely worked. The water was warm but only lasted a minute then you had to turn it back on. No mean feat when covered in soap. The water pressure was all but non existent. They did a self serve breakfast of cereal,toast, tea and coffee. Overall it’s a little tired and in need of an overhaul, especially with regards to the heating and showers.

Loved the Leeson Lodge. Staff is so so so friendly and it was in a great location. I always felt safe here. Such a good value for the affordable price. Could not recommend it more

It's a very nice property but the next time I will get a regular double room. The bathroom with the drain in the middle of the floor was not so great.

Great hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel/surrounding area felt safe. Loved the complimentary breakfast as well.

We were able to park and forget our car on site as everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance or a short bus ride. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and even included a continental breakfast. First one in four weeks travel.

Friendly, clean, location good near Stephen Green square. Provided great free bkft and coffee. The only thing is don’t get front window room as you constantly hear beeping of light to cross street . There is great pub one block and restaurant called canal bank bar

It was good, we had to leave before 8 AM and they didn't serve breakfast until 8:30 so we did not get any. Perhaps an option of a few more crackers to go with your monrning coffee would have been nice. everything else was lovely, really nice
