Your Base Dublin - Grand Canal Square

We dined at Milanos for our 42nd wedding anniversary, as we were going to see a musical very nearby after dinner. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. My wife was delighted to find that her favourite dishes were available in gluten-free choices. The food was utterly sublime. The pizzas are authentic and delicious, unlike the fast food chain varieties commonly on offer. The cheesecake (mine), gluten-free brownie (my wife's) and coffee were all delicious. Without question, however, the highlight of the entire evening was the service provided by Manager Nicole, our waitress, Shanty, and the rest of the Milanos staff. They were attentive without being intrusive, polite, warm, smiling...they just wanted to be sure we had a great meal and an enjoyable anniversary. On a scale of 1 to 10, Nicole and her staff ranked a 20. Thank you so much for making our anniversary wonderful. See you again soon. Anyone reading this should make Milanos their next dining destination in Dublin.
