We were greeted by Daniel at reception and he was really friendly and engaging. I enquired about car parking and he said if I waited 15 minutes he was leaving and I could have his free space. This saves me over €20 - fantastic service. He was also really helpful in signposting the best tourist attractions. Good man Daniel !

My husband and I stayed for three nights while in Dublin. Since we had plans for all over Dublin, this hotel had a nice central location to all. Breakfast costs extra. We had a quiet room. They have a grocery store close by and plenty of other restaurants and stores within a few blocks. One of the outlets malfunctioned. The hot water was barely adequate. They stored our bags prior to check-in. They are quite particular about the early check-in time.

The rooms were a good size, the bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, the bathroom was clean & well laid out with a bath/shower. The location was excellent, opposite the whisky distillery & very close the the city centre. Although large, & the room had a double & a single bed option if required (so potentially up to 3 people. There was only one chair provided which meant that the partner and anyone else if applicable would have to sit on the bed... Which was quite high. It would have been appreciated if there was a small fridge to put water or other drinks/ snacks in ready for any following activities in Dublin. We were informed at the reception that they don't automatically clean the rooms & change. The bedding but would do so upon request. This would be no problem. However after a couple of days our towels were damp so I requested this as I left the hotel in the morning. When we returned later that evening, nothing had been done & the wet towels were still where we left them. I tried calling reception but no answer so I went down to reception and the manager was there & apologised & quickly delivered some clean towels to our room. It was a good service but it should have been resolved during the day.

There was another women’s dirty undergarments and boots left in my room which I reported and no one came to retrieve them or offer me a new room. When I did report them I initially tried calling the front desk but no one answered. I had to hunt down an employee who apologized but that was all that was done.

The first room we received smelled like smoke but we directly received a new room. This room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was no safe and no fridge in the room which was unfortunate. The breakfast was quite basic, hot dishes were ok but there was no ham and no cheese available. We had to request service before 12 pm and left the sign outside the door but both days when we requested the cleaning service we did not receive it at all. I had to go down the first night to get new towels myself. But we'll the value for money was absolutely ok.

I have had solidly good experiences w Premier Inns in other cities but Dublin (the Liberties) was a solid disappointment. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, housekeeping were lovely -- but the room had a connecting door which was extremely poor for sound insulation. We were kept up all night by the adjacent guest snoring and snorting. Reception staff were rude and dismissive and made us feel unvalued and uncared about. They played games when we asked for a manager, and they blew us off when we mentioned the Good Night's Sleep Guarantee. Appalling service. No sleep and then insult. How Premier Inn HQ deal with this complaint will determine whether I ever book with Premier Inn again.

Your duty manager is a credit to your hotel. The guy who was on Sunday the 10th of November at about 11am. He was friendly and efficient and resolved an issue that was not his making. Thank you very much and the family from Derry appreciate it. Hotel was clean and we would stay again.

Blood splattered on the duvet cover upon arrival. Cleaning staff changed our duvet cover quickly when I called. The shower liners were stained pink from mold. The food for both dinner and breakfast were terrible. The dinner food tasted microwaved. Burgers missing cheese. Fish and chips was soft/soggy. The breakfast was slightly better if you avoided the hot food. The eggs and bacon were hard as rocks and not edible. Pros: quiet, does have AC but auto shuts off every few hours overnight, location is close to Guinness and Teeling Distillery, offers luggage storage. I had pretty low expectations for this hotel as we just needed a place to sleep and grab some quick food while in town for a night, and it definitely did not meet those low expectations.
