The stay at the hotel was perfect, the cleaning was good although they forgot to put us tissues during all the stay, but everything was very clean. However, there was something we didnt like. We had a one day trip and had to wake up very early. We had to leave the hotel at 7 am, it was a Monday, so the day before we asked the receptionist, she was very kind and told us that we could come at 6 am to have breakfast since most of the things would be ready before 6:30 am (the time they open the breakfast room). We came at 6:15, just 15 minutes before the breakfast started but a rude lady (from the night shift) told us that we had to wait until 6:30. We were confused because they had assured us we could get something for breakfast, but she repeated that this was not possible. I couldnt barely reply to her because she left before I could finish the sentence

酒店位置距離河岸不遠，步行到temple酒吧區不到10分鐘。酒店裝修風格比較前衞，一樓有小酒吧。我的客房很有友善，床頭和衞生間都有緊急求助的拉繩，對上了年紀的人比較友好。早餐就是典型的愛爾蘭酒店的餐食。

酒店比較新，房內設施不錯，空間也合適。房內不配備電熱水壺，可以到走廊盡頭的茶水間公共區域接水，那邊有冷熱直飲水，還能泡茶泡咖啡。酒店的地理位置不錯，步行到商業街和利菲河都很方便。

Pro’s - new hotel so it was very clean and trendy. Great shower pressure. Location is pretty good. Breakfast is great but very busy so a lot of the product runs out quick, more hot options would be good.
Con’s - the men working on the counters weren’t too friendly or welcoming upon arrival. no coffee station in room, they have these located in the ‘galley’ which is just sachet coffee, for the room price I think that a simple coffee machine would be appreciated by all guests.

During my two-night stay, I got the impression that many of the staff I interacted with did not enjoy engaging with guests. On several occasions, I felt that my presence or questions irritated them, and I noticed the same behaviour towards other guests as well. To the team at the Ruby Molly Hotel: you are in the hospitality industry, and your guests are choosing to spend their hard-earned money at your hotel. Please treat them with more warmth, respect, and genuine care. If you are unhappy in your role, it may be worth considering a position where you feel more fulfilled.
