No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

Great. A very nice five-star hotel. Convenient location. Good service. A wide variety of breakfast options. Needed it for work and business trip. Feels worth it. The suite is reasonably priced and has a large area.

This time I booked it for my friend, who also stayed here when he went to Dublin last year. The breakfast was very rich and the ingredients were super fresh. The hotel used Beyond brand toiletries, which was great 👍

The actual service level of the hotel is completely inconsistent with its price and brand. The management is chaotic and the prices are high. If you live in this hotel with the habits of Chinese people, you will be upset.
