I stayed in Dublin for a week, and this hotel was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had – terrible in every way! First off, I genuinely believe the hotel practices racial discrimination! When I checked in, the two front desk staff (one male, one female, both Asian) gave me the worst possible room type. I had two separate bookings: the first four nights were for a standard double room with breakfast (over 2500 RMB/night), and the last three nights were for a deluxe double room without breakfast (advertised with a bigger bed, over 3000 RMB/night). However, they only ever gave me one room for the entire stay. When I asked why, they simply said there were no other options, basically implying 'take it or leave it.' I questioned why the prices were so different and the room descriptions varied so much. The female front desk staff told me it was 'just a name,' and there was no actual difference between a standard and a deluxe room, they were all the same. So, are your descriptions on Trip.com just made up, completely misleading, specifically to rip off Chinese tourists? Because many Chinese people book through Trip.com? The male Asian staff even specifically asked me, 'You didn't book through our website, where did you book?' Does booking through Trip.com mean you automatically get the worst room? Secondly, why do I say the room was bad? Because they gave me a room at the very end of a maze: out of the elevator, then turn left, then right, then left, then right, then left again. Directly opposite my room was the stairwell exit, and to my left was what appeared to be a garbage room (I saw staff going in and out with cleaning supplies multiple times). Moreover, my room door was partially blocked by a protruding wall on the left, making entry and exit extremely narrow and inconvenient. If you have luggage, be warned! (See Photos 1, 2, 3) Thirdly, inside the room, the bathroom shower only had a very small overhead showerhead that couldn't be detached or have its water flow adjusted. The water pressure was extremely weak every day, making showering a torturous experience for a whole week. Plus, it only had a half-glass door with no other barrier, so a lot of water would splash out onto the bathroom floor every day. And the entire bathroom had no exhaust fan or ventilation system, so after a shower, the steam and humidity would linger for a very long time! Fourth, the daily housekeeping was also terrible. On the second day of my stay, we left early in the morning. When we returned to the hotel around 3 PM hoping to rest, the room hadn't even been cleaned yet. We had to call the front desk to ask them to send someone to clean, which forced us to go out again while they cleaned. The same thing happened on the fourth day. This time, I opened the door and happened to see a cleaning staff member in the hallway. I asked her to clean my room, and she actually asked me repeatedly, 'Are you sure you want it cleaned?' It was absolutely ridiculous! Isn't daily room cleaning part of your job? The last two days were even more outrageous. When we entered the room, the bed had been made, but no actual cleaning had been done. There was a large area around the floor trash can with obvious rubbish and paper scraps (See Photos 4, 6). And the bathroom hygiene was even more slipshod, to say the least. All in all, it was a truly terrible experience! I urge everyone booking a room to carefully read the negative reviews from other guests before deciding whether to book! All of the above is entirely true. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me for clarification!

The room facilities were great, and it was very clean. The room size was also quite good, especially for European standards. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and also pretty close to the airport. The environment is nice and quiet, with the Liffey River right in front.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of disinfectant! There was even trash from the previous guests on the floor! I won't bother posting photos. The breakfast was not good! **Environment:** It's by the inner river, so getting to the airport by car is convenient. **Hygiene:** Terribly bad! ↓ **Facilities:** Not good! **Service:** Average

Excellent service; they gave me a room at 10:30 AM, which was incredibly convenient, especially since many hotels don't allow check-in until 3 PM. The airport shuttle is right outside the door, getting you to the airport in 20 minutes. There's also a train station and light rail stop within 500 meters. The old town is just across a bridge, making it an easy walk to Trinity College.

I would say this is the best service I’ve experienced in Dublin! First of all,I’d especially like to mention a Chinese female receptionist.I noticed her tag named Pei. She is extremely patient and friendly. We didn’t even realize that there was an option between a shower and a bathtub. She proactively asked us if we’d prefer the shower?Since we don’t really like bathtubs, she kindly arranged a room with a shower for us and also was on 6 floor(we prefer higher floor). That was really thoughtful of her! Also, there was a male staff in the bar who was really helpful. We had bought some food from outside but didn’t have any cutlery,we asked for disposable forks, and instead he gave us metal forks,it made us feel really welcomed. Actually the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, but the view was nice!

Staying here in the off-season was a good value. The location is great, with airport shuttle stops nearby and the train station within walking distance. It's also not far from the main street. The hotel itself seems a bit old. You can see the condition of the bedding in the picture. I also found someone else's hair on the other bed, so I'd recommend bringing your own disposable amenities.

This hotel Is perfect for visiting Dublin. The hotel staff are brilliant, especially Caoimhe and Martha who are very friendly and helpful. The location Is great, everything is nearby but you still are guaranteed a good nights sleep. If you are using the Airport the next morning it's perfect because the Airport shuttle bus is a short walk away from the hotel. The restaurant and Bar are also excellent. I will definitely be using this hotel again.

This Hilton in Dublin is really well-located, with great transport links to the airport, city center, and various attractions. It's also very well-managed.

Room itself is really good and very spacious. Walking distance to most of the tourist area. Though there is some hiccup on the toilet sink, they still managed to resolve it after 2days due to the improper handover from shift to shift. Other than that, all are good.
