Always love to stay there，perfect location for business meeting and leisure, very convenient to take airport shuttle bus.The lobby is spacious and class.Room is very big.Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel. The location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Service is great and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Will definitely be returning.

So disgusting !
1. The duvet have hair
2. The cleaner vacuum the hallway at 9 PM ! IMAGINE THE NOISE !
3. There are mosquitoes
4. Most of all no blow-dry on my room.
UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE!
I will never recommend and comeback here ! I should forget that there is an existing hotel in 23 O'Connell Street Upper, North City, Dublin, D01 C3W7

even though the hotel is going through major renovations our stay was superb. Great quality room, great location for everything
The service in the ambiance in the Lobby Bar was so good and the Guinness was on point
Breakfast was excellent and we found the tables in Toddy's bar great as you could people watch on to Oconnell street

Excellent hotel, undergoing some refurbishment so some workmen around with associated noise and disruption.
Had 1 small issue with our room, offered and accepted a change of room, which the hotel sorted within an hour of arriving and checking in.
Able to leave bags on check in and check out days without any problems.
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and catered for all diets and requirements.
Central location on O'Connell Street, easily walkable to most central attractions and hop on / off bus tours directly outside.
Would 100% stay again.
