We found this hotel excellent all around, the staff were very helpful and polite, the room was very clean and comfortable and the food was top-notch. The location was only 6 minute's walk from the Dart. But avoid walking to the near village for a meal in one of the two Bars, these were very expensive. This is a family-run hotel and it shows as they are very warm and welcoming.

We had a pleasant stay in this establishment, on the outskirts close to Dublin, Dublin center 3 train stations away.
At the foot of the Aviva stadium in a residential area, ideal location for peace and quiet with good value for money.

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms have been renovated and are lovely. The bar and restaurant have a lovely ambience. The food is average.

Beautiful Hotel with great reception staff, especially Susanna, the young Spanish girl- very comfortable rooms and plenty of parking available. Only letdown was the restaurant. The restaurant itself closed early and the Bar was supposed to provide the restaurant service. While we were provided menus as soon as we sat down, the two staff working were not coming again to take drink or food orders. This was at 8 pm, there were a total of 6 people in the Bar and after we were not asked for our order after 25 minutes we decided to leave and look for a more customer orientated restaurant. We had had a very stressful day, in and out to visit a relative in a nearby nursing home and all we wanted was to have something to eat at the hotel. Instead we had to head back to Sandymount Green for something to eat. We would return to the Sandymount Hotel, but would hope that the service issues would have been addressed.

Spent six nights here and had the comfiest bed to sleep in, the restaurant food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful, great value for the location.

Great location for the Aviva stadium. Staff extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with then in room safe not opening this morning and within 5 mins of reporting this to reception someone had come to the room and opened it. We eat in both the bar and the restaurant and on both occasions food great and staff friendly and helpful.

Overall most staff friendly and helpful. An information sheet with local transport links and directions to Dart and bus stops would be helpful. Would stay here again.
