On arrival the staff were not overly welcoming and during our stay this sadly did not change. Even when passing in the morning to go to breakfast the staff wouldn’t look above computer to acknowledge. Bar staff wonderful, bar tenders name unknown but a cracking chap. Breakfast staff moody and non engaging. Rooms on first appearance wonderful, large, spacious and clean… two days in my bed sheet came away from the mattress and I was disgusted at the state of it!! Had I of known sooner I would have refused to sleep on it it was so filthy and stained! The bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. We’re we’re woken at 0550 hours due to fire alarms sounding, credit to the two young lads who were working as they made the best of a bad situation. I wouldn’t return to this particular hotel again due to beds and reception staff other than that nice place. Food was lovely. Breakfast delicious, staff did forget some bits on second day I think due to being busy, bacon was over cooked and rock hard.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. We arrived way earlier than check-in, and they were happy to let us in early as our room was ready. They had music nights down in the restaurant/bar, which my partner and I joined for, and it was a great atmosphere . They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and cocktails! Thank you to Endres at the bar for looking after us and being super helpful! The hotel room was impecible, too! Smart TV, super comfy bed, and a massive bathroom. The room was also serviced every day of our stay, which was nice.

Good location, comfortable room and welcoming staff. Tonia on reception very helpful and friendly; Chris in the bar in the evening a great host. Food in the bar very good and fair value. Nice stay. This would also be a good location for staying the night before catching a ferry at Dublin Port

a great room with a huge bed and huge bathroom all mod con , the TV was impense great staff and great service the bar serves good beer and great food we opted fro burgers and onion rings and they were tasty and well cooked

Fantastic hotel, great staff, comfortable beds, prime location. Don’t miss this gem of a hotel - a 20 minute or so walk into the city center means it’s quieter, just outside Donnybrook on the city side. Live music many nights, great bar and staff, quirky, comfortable rooms. Ask for a higher floor and enjoy the big window views! Don’t miss the live music in the bar and the locals.

A boutique style hotel located 30 mins walk from the centre of Dublin but on a regular bus route. It is obvious that some thought has gone in to the decoration and facilities in the rooms. The hotel has a restaurant and bar and a large open car park to the rear, but no particular facilities for motorbikes, although there is a gate to the car park, I am not sure it was ever closed, or if there is CCTV. There is a regular bus service from just outside of the hotel, into the city. Our double room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom, containing a powerful shower, bath and twin sinks. Tea and coffee was provided, as was bottled water. The wifi was free and there was a good wifi signal, capable of supporting streaming, VoIP calls etc. There are plenty of USB style sockets, a large TV, iron and hairdryer. A special comment about how good the lighting was, particularly in the bathroom (and mirrors). The room also had a small patio area with seating.

Beautiful hotel, Great location. Bus outside to short run into city centre or opposite way beaches fabulous decor all over.. Room is amazing. Staff from reception, bar, waiting staff were all very pleasant couldn't do enough for us. Bar food, party food and breakfast was all of a very high standard. Looking forward to a trip back
