Charming and cozy hotel in Dublin near Trinity College. Near public transport if you wish to see the countryside otherwise going around

This B&B was great - would definitely stay here again. The room was perfect for our two nights in Dublin and breakfast was very good.

I was very impressed with the quality of the property and especially the very helpful staff. Helen, Issac and Iago were great. They were always smiling and offered to help find restaurants and activities. One of our party had lost her purse, and they helped with the establishments where it might have been lost. They even found a pair of reading glasses to help our friend. Helen could not have been better. The food at breakfast was also excellent, and the wait staff was pleasant, quick and helpful. My highest possible recommendation.

We had a lovely three days there, but the room was very small. Hardly any room to get between the end of the bed and her colleagues. Thought it was extremely expensive for the room we had, which was nothing like the picture of the Classic room which was illustrated on our booking.

I can't rate this hotel high enough! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, I felt so happy and pampered. We were greeted kindly and shown to our gorgeous room. While I think our room was on the lower end of rooms, I couldn't have asked for a lovelier place to stay- the beautiful and comfortable bed, high ceilings, spacious bathroom and unbelievable shower! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with starters, entrees and all sorts of beverages. The front desk also held our bags our bags for us on the last day! We will return to this hotel again!

Room was large and well decorated in a non fussy way. My only comment is that it was dark in the bathroom and also the main room. Bath had an unlighted magnifying mirror which was sadly inadequate for putting on makeup. Just showed me a bigger picture of my face in a darkish room. Main room was OK for everything except makeup application. I used the hall, which was under a nice large skylight and had a large gilded mirror. There were only 3 rooms on our floor, and never saw anyone come out of the other two room. Location is between Trinity College and Dawson and Grafton Streets. Could walk anywhere! Not much info from the staff at the hotel on restaurants--disappointing. Most small boutique pride themselves on a small listing of restaurants that the guest can try. Excellent bed and bedding.

Beautiful accommodation in the best location. Stayed with family for Easter week. This is a beautifully restored townhouse. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The staff are professional and friendly-always ready to meet the guests needs and nothing is a hassle. Breakfast was delicious and newspapers at reception daily. Would recommend as a city centre hotel. Better than a few of the 5 star city centre hotels we have used in the past!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. The breakfast was delicious (but some breakfast items were overcooked). I loved the fresh fruit salad, yogurt and granola , croissants and very fresh orange juice. We loved our room, we had booked the cheapest room but we were grateful to be upgraded to a bigger room. The windows had a partial film over them due to being overlooked and we were just above the ventilation fans, but this was not a problem for us, the temperature of the room was easy to control and it was an incredibly quiet room. We would totally recommend the hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel within walking distance of most things we wanted to see in Dublin. For those things a bit farther (Guinness Storehouse, St Patrick's Cathedral), it was a short walk to the Hop On/Hop Off bus. The room was small, as we'd expected, but nicely appointed. However, if you like soap rather than body wash, bring your own. Not realizing there was no elevator, I wish I had requested a main-level room. Our two 50+ pound bags were quite a bit to navigate up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast is a lovely start to a day of walking and sightseeing.

This is a lovely older hotel right in the heart of Dublin. Stay at this hotel and everything is within walking distance. The staff were all very professional and helpful when we needed to change rooms. The first room we stayed in was way too small for two people so we moved to a larger room and although it was a bit of an extra cost it was perfect. The beds were not comfortable in either room, the mattresses most definitely need an upgrade but otherwise the room had a small coffee maker and a tea pot so that was nice. Our room was on the second floor and getting our luggage upstairs was not easy so I would suggest if you’re not in good shape or have any disabilities or are elderly you request a main floor room. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay at the Trinity house for so many reasons. The food was phenomenal (Traditional Irish breakfast was my favourite), but it was the staff that made it such a wonderful experience. Side note : people please tip the staff, even when the breakfast is included in your hotel stay, or if you pay for your breakfast. It was a sin to watch so many people get such great breakfast service from these ladies then just get up and just walk away. If you can afford a hotel stay, then you can afford a small tip. We would absolutely stay here again if ever we travel back to Dublin.

This a smart hotel in a great central location, in a relatively quiet street. We had a larger superior room and it was well worth it to have a sofa to sit on at the end of a long walking day. The breakfast is very good and the staff are really pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed. It’s right next to Trinity College and so close to Temple Bar and all the shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
