Glashaus Hotel

The room was great, a good size and comfortable. The WiFi was ok and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant and a good start to my day. I had the tram outside my window, but luckily it wasn’t too noisy. I would stay here again.

Welcoming reception, bathroom tired in need of maintenance eg grab rail loose in bath Poor service at breakfast with uninterested/miserable staff. Basic breakfast offering.

There is no proper drop off point. We drove and we had a little trouble locating the hotel as you can’t if it directly from the main road. There is a carpark that can be used to park but would have appreciated if the hotel maybe had told us how to get to get carpark beforehand.

Very nice hotel local to amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice bar to have evening drinks.

Excellent. We never expect this hotel to be so good. Room amenities are comparable with 5 star hotel. Recommended.

The staff were amazing and helped me so much after loosing my phone . Much appreciated,thank you . Great location for tram and lots of shops.

First stay experience was excellent, with an efficient check-in process, convenient transportation, and easy access to shopping. Will definitely choose this place again next time.
