First of all, they changed the check-in location that I had been given when I booked. It was four blocks away. I was notified of this change a few hours before arriving, the same day, by email. Then, we had to walk another four blocks from the place where we checked in to the apartment, carrying large suitcases. When we got to the apartment, it was in a basement, without an elevator and damp. The bathtub is extremely small, almost impossible for a person to fit in. I went back to the concierge, and they treated me kindly but told me that they are different establishments, that I had to call a number. I called, and they didn't give me any solution. It's the first time in my life that I've lowered an establishment's rating from good, but it's certainly to alert others of what the establishment is like.
