We had he best stay! Joanna was sweet and helpful. The place is clean and close to so much. You can walk too so many shops and places to eat. They held our bags so we could walk around. We will be back!

We arrived at the hotel and the staff upgraded our room to the penthouse free of charge. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and also complementary food and drinks! I would definitely stay again and would recommend booking here to anyone looking to come to Dublin!

family trip to Dublin. Apartment really lovely and in a handy location . Equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manager and all the players staff. They were brilliant. I’d be more than happy to return to StayCity apartments.

Apartment was incredible clean, has all facilities you could need. Designed well and looks good, everything seemed to be fairly new and in great condition. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space. Would definitely recommend for any family stay weather a night, a week or more.

My family of 3 (6yo daughter, wife, and I) stayed at Saint Augustine for 4 nights while visiting Dublin and the surrounding area. The Saint Augustine location is convenient to many tourist attractions, and there are a variety of transportation options - walking, bus, Luas, taxi, or Light Rail for traveling through County Dublin. We also liked that there are grocery stores and playgrounds nearby, which made our trip more comfortable. This was a great stay!

There was a maintenance problem with our original room while we were on the way to the hotel so we were offered an upgrade to a bigger room with a later checkout which we didn't mind at all obviously. The apartment was overall really nice, spacious, comfortable and in a convenient area of Dublin for us, the only thing I would say would be that the bathroom wall could have been a bit cleaner from previous guests who for some reason left it dirty with stuff that should go in the toilet and our front door didn't close all the way like its supposed to, it got stuck a bit so you would have to pull it to close properly which is a bit worrying if you didn't notice and had a break in, we did notify staff of the door and hope that it will be fixed, even with these two problems I would still rate our stay very high and would definitely book again especially with the lovely staff!

I would recommend it to travellers who don't mind having something more than just a place to sleep. Very clean, well supplied, nice facilities. Getting an apartment instead of a hotel room wasn't my initial idea, but I am glad I did it. The 24h front desk and the free of charge taxi from the airport really helps!

Good location but irritating issues with toilet and kitchen eg toilet slow to fill after flushing and not fixed after complaining. Kitchen eqipment sparse with one sharp knife, no complimentary stuff eg salt or pepper, dushwasher not great, 2 tea towels, no info on bins and only one spare bag. Cost was very expensive but dublin is very expensive. This flat cost me over 1000 euros for 3 nights. I was just back from a much better central flat in tallinn for 300 for same 3 days
