Amazing customer service from Bozidar! I asked about nearby restaurants and pubs where we could experience Irish food, and he took the trouble to get me 4 recommendations - all walkable from the hotel, and printed details for me. He really went the extra mile and I so appreciated it. Thank you!

We stayed in Dublin for 3 nights, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel is really well situated between Temple Bar and Grafton Street which makes it really easy to get around. Polite and friendly staff, checking in and out was also easy!

Very pleasant hotel, very clean and very welcoming staff, great location for Dublin City Centre as most places are in easy access to the hotel or a very short walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for evenings out. Great breakfast but evening meal menu is limited, so really need to eat elsewhere in the evenings so there is more variety for all. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, would stay there again if I revisited Dublin in the future.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was immaculate with a clean, comfortable bed. The service was outstanding, and whenever I requested fresh towels, they were promptly delivered. Everything in the room functioned perfectly, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of my experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Stayed for two nights - check in took longer than hoped but after that all good. Breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable. Tv could do with a drastic update! Staff were helpful. Room cleaning had to booked in good time which we never achieved

Pretty much like every other Premier Inn, Clean and decent comfort, decent breakfasts if they dont let the food sit for long. When hot, reakfast items are good, staff tend to allow items to sit and get cold. The bad: Premier Inns now have toilet squares like youd see in schools or prisons possibly. The only hotel I have ever seen that didnt have rolls of toilet paper! Premier Inn promotes themselves as eco friendly but I suspect that most of their eco policies are all about cost savings for them. -No toilet paper rolls, -They do not clean rooms or replace towels unless you ask. -They do not offer any kind of room service and elevators card protected so delivery to room is not an option -They have also removed all telephones from the rooms so you cannot call the front desk to ask for housekeeping or report any isses (or make emergency calls if someone required help) -Booking can only be done through their website. If you book from a different time zone, your reservation confirmation email might indicate the incorrect day, depending on your time zone and when you booked. We stayed at 3 Premier Inn locations in Irteland this trip and all were the same. The only reason to stay here is the price. If they dont keep pricing below competitors they wouldnt be in business.

We stayed here for 3 nights and added the breakfast buffet option. The rooms are air conditioned, but since we don’t care for sleeping under only a duvet, we asked for a top sheet for the bed (actually ask for a second “bottom sheet”). When we asked for a top sheet we got an unfilled duvet cover which worked fine for us. There was no in-room safe, and we initially thought that there was only one towel but later discovered a second one in the closet (where we also discovered two additional pillows). The side of the tub was quite high to step over for a shorter person (like my wife) but there were handrails to grab that greatly helped. The toilet paper dispenser contained individual sheets that worked but were more awkward than traditional toilet paper rolls. We specifically booked this hotel because of its central location near Temple Bar and many Dublin attractions and thought it was very quiet. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. Some items (such as porridge) were not on the buffet and had to be ordered from the kitchen. The front desk arranged our taxi transfer to the airport on our final morning.
