It was the best lodging for a short trip to Dubrovnik with access to all the attractions. It was clean and very comfortable. The mini-kitchen was also very convenient. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with small kitchen. Besides stairs a bit steep, to be careful while walking up the stairs (and carry luggage), others are fine. Great location, can enter through Ploce gate to avoid the long stairs down to hotel. Great breakfast set served in room. Baby cot available upon request

The hotel has a very important problem: there will suddenly be no hot water! ! ! And without any warning, there was suddenly no hot water! 1. I took a shower in the afternoon on the day I checked in, but there was no hot water halfway through! I asked the front desk and was told that hot water would come in 20 minutes! But after waiting for forty minutes, still nothing! 2. The first person finished taking a shower the next morning, but there was no hot water again! The hotel's hygiene is no problem, and the front desk service is also very friendly.

沒有過度服務就是最好的服務。前台的小夥子除了辦理入住和退房，一般不在。幫搬行李上樓很給力。因為住在老城，吃飯是個問題，每天一頓大餐一頓自助，廚房就很重要。做衞生的服務員居然主動幫洗了碟子，非常貼心。整體體驗對於出遊來説肯定是可以了，衹不過杜布羅夫尼克有點盛名在外，住三天有點多，建議打卡一晚差不多。
