Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Great experience at the Blossom House. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Mount Qingcheng and there are a few really nice eating places nearby. Perfect location for what we wanted to do on this trip. The room is modern, stylish, spacious and has very comfortable beds. Gigantic bathroom with his and hers sinks and separate shower and bathtub. The service here is second to none - there’s no shortage of personal touch everywhere and if you’re late for breakfast the staff will always try to accommodate you - thanks so much for this as I arrived still badly jet lagged. I’d definitely come back and stay here again. 很棒的一次家庭度假入住体验。我们都非常满意，有机会肯定会再来。酒店离青城山步行很方便，几分钟就到了。晚上去店外吃饭很方便，但工作人员仍然安排了车送我们去的餐厅，其实不远，我们用完以后就自己走回来的。这次住了三晚，入住的时候加了微信，有什么需要沟通非常方便，工作人员特别友好耐心，有什么要求很主动地帮忙，而且是前台、客房、餐厅各部门都这样。我们去的时候泡汤人也不多，而且汤池好像要开到凌晨，外出回来得晚也没关系。很感谢涵涵，小沈和云澈、阿会让我们住得这么开心舒适！

I came to Dujiangyan on a business trip and chose this Mountain and Island B&B. I stayed there for 4 consecutive days. It was really great. The room was fresh and designed, with its own tone, and it looked very warm. The hygiene of the room was clean and tidy, which made people feel comfortable. The mattress was slightly soft, and for people like me who sit for a long time, I really don't want to get up when I lie down. Although there is a road outside the window, I really can't hear any sound after closing the window, and the curtains have good light-blocking properties. After a tiring day out, I can have a quiet and comfortable rest for a night, sleep until I wake up naturally, and then see the view of Qingcheng Mountain outside the window. It's really full of energy. As for transportation, I drove here by myself. The road outside is very convenient for parking, and it is not far from the high-speed rail station. If necessary, you can contact the boss in advance to make an appointment to pick you up, which is very convenient. It is worthy of praise that the boss and his family, this store is their own home, and you can feel that they are operating with care. The boss is handsome, the boss's wife is beautiful, and every guest is serving with care, which is really worthy of praise. If I come to Qingcheng Mountain for business or tourism again in the future, I will still choose to continue living here. Thank you.

🦄The new store has opened, with complete supporting facilities, smart remote control, stylish decoration, unbeatable skylight to enjoy the moon and listen to the wind, and semi-open private hot spring to relieve stress; comfortable mattresses and high-quality Pima cotton bed covers are a perfect match, suitable for people who require comfort. 🪲The hotel includes breakfast, and there are discounts for lunch and dinner for guests staying in the hotel. On non-holidays, the boss upgraded the room type to give the children more space for activities, which is very grateful. 🐝The hotel is just opposite the entrance to the back mountain of Qingcheng, which is convenient for entering and exiting the mountain. It is a quiet place in the bustling city. It is worth recommending! 🐜The store owner is hardworking, kind, and enthusiastic. Seeing full of positive energy, happiness is created by oneself.

Despite it being a working holiday, I truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel and its location. When I did have some downtime, the Qingcheng Mountain was a great respite and the view at the top left me in awe even though it was overcast. Dujiangyan is also close by and easy to get to, from the hotel location. The hotel had all the amenities and more, and suited my needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed the hot springs tub throughout my stay, and the complementary fruit tray on the first day was a nice welcoming touch. Breakfast is a wide variety of Chinese food, fruits and yoghurts.

It was light rain, arrived at 20:00 in the evening, rushed to the hotel for a good evaluation, the price is right, there are outdoor small hot springs to choose to stay, the hotel has 2 open-air soup pools, one about 3㎡, one about 5㎡, no water, the boss promised to see the weather open, go out at 21:30 at night and return to 5㎡ The soup pool is full, 3㎡ there is no soup in the pool, and bring the son happily. Full, patiently wait for more than an hour, about 23:00 to soak the last, the night is already deep, small regret that the boss is not willing to fill a pool, you can be exempt from waiting, is the only slot, others are excellent, in truth, recommend everyone not to go on weekends.

Saw torn and stained bath towel on 1st day. (See photo). Subsequent days, ok. Location is great - 10.mins walk to the railway station and around 25mins walk yo the ancient city, North Bridge, etc. Breakfast co-hosted by Holiday Inn. Disappointed - we went in around 8:15 am. Most food not replenished. No pancake available at pancake stand. Said sold out. Staffs eager to clear table. By 9am, no kitchen staff around. So we cancelled next day breakfast. Website said there is massage room. Tried to make booking, reception said no. Asked if there is massage nearby, reception asked me to search the website. Google, FB and WhatsApp were blocked. Reception staffs don't speak English. Wish they smile.

The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic and will contact us in advance to confirm the arrival time and meet us at the intersection. The fourth floor is suddenly open. There is an aerial courtyard and a cute cat named ”Gold” on the fifth floor. The room is clean and tidy and very quiet. The breakfast and afternoon tea are exquisite and rich. It is convenient to travel. It is within walking distance to Nanqiao. There are many delicious foods around. The grilled fish across the street is great for two days.

The location is very good. It is in the ancient city. The citywalk is very convenient. The owner of the spa shop next to it is very good at pressing the button. He pressed the button for two days in a row, which greatly relieved the fatigue. There is free parking in the parking lot of the Dujiangyan Hotel next to it. The design style of the hotel is very popular with our family. I like to order a cup of tea and sit for a while in the lobby, especially at night when the shadows of the trees are dancing and the evening breeze blows. It is very comfortable. The details of the decoration are also very simple but very high-quality. There is a laundry room, dryer and gym. Afternoon tea is also good👍 The breakfast is also great. I like this B&B very much.
