TELLUS Qingchengshan Hot Spring Hotel

The room was very unique, and it came with a private hot spring bath for two and an afternoon tea set for two. Due to time constraints, I didn't get to enjoy the hot spring, but the environment was excellent. The breakfast is also highly recommended. As for the location, it's right inside the Qingcheng Mountain scenic area, making it very convenient to get to the front mountain. Definitely recommend! They even gave us a small panda plushie~ The front desk staff were really nice too.

The hotel's ambiance, facilities, and the pictures all matched perfectly. The decor throughout was exquisite, exceeding our expectations. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, carefully guiding us to the restaurant and hot spring. Our shoes for the hot spring were accidentally taken by other guests, but after messaging the butler, new shoes were delivered within five minutes – excellent service! The breakfast and afternoon tea had a rich variety of dishes and tasted delicious. As for the room, it goes without saying; the cleanliness and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail, making it very comfortable.

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect for a stay, including a public hot spring bath, a book bar, a large terrace, a garden, and a laundry and fitness room. All these amenities perfectly cater to a vacation or long-term stay. Environment: What I found most convenient was the hotel's excellent location. It was easy to get to Qingcheng Mountain's front peak, the high-speed rail station, go for a walk, or even head into the city for a friend's wedding. This meant I could be out and about but still return to a comfortable place to rest and relax without having to switch hotels and lug my luggage around. Service: Almost every staff member I encountered would smile and greet me. I had originally booked a room with a terrace for my morning workouts, and I also added a note requesting a higher floor with sunlight and quiet. The front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to a room with a private hot spring! Even though it rained continuously during my stay in Qingcheng Mountain, the room never felt damp or uncomfortable. It was a very pleasant stay.❤️❤️❤️

The biggest surprise of our Qingcheng Mountain trip was definitely the Treelands Hot Spring Hotel! This traditional Chinese courtyard-style hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by bamboo groves and flowing streams, with every step revealing a serene, Zen-like view. The location is absolutely perfect – just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed train station and super close to the scenic area, saving us a lot of travel hassle. The room itself was fantastic. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered lush green views, and soaking in the natural spring water tub while listening to the sounds of nature completely washed away all our fatigue. The bedding was soft, the smart devices were easy to use, and even the toiletries were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the Dandan noodles were authentically delicious. The mushroom chicken soup at the restaurant was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The butler service was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs. For a family vacation, this place fulfills every expectation one could have for a getaway to Qingcheng Mountain!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and even gave our child breakfast. However, it's strange that the hotel treats children over 1.5 meters tall differently. If they're trying to be child-friendly, why make such a distinction? Why should taller kids have to pay more? That logic makes no sense. Also, the coffee machine in the room came with a tall cup, as pictured.

The room was spacious and clean, with no strange odors, making for a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very close to the high-speed rail station and the scenic area shuttle bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Mount Qingcheng scenic area entrance.

I visited Chengdu at the end of August to escape the summer heat in Qingcheng Mountain. It was raining when I arrived, but the hotel conveniently picked me up from the high-speed rail station. The service at the hotel was very attentive. Oh, and a quick mention, the restaurant food was quite good. I extended my stay for a few more days, and luckily, it cleared up on check-out day! 😄 I even got to wear the hotel's traditional Hanfu for free and take some pictures. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, which is why I, someone who's usually too lazy to leave reviews, decided to write about my experience. I noticed that this 'Terence' is a new hotel brand. Wishing them all the best! (P.S. I hope the gym equipment will be fixed next time I visit!)
