I never review any hotel online, so I don't know how you got such good reviews. First, the hotel room was very cold. It did have heating and air conditioning, but the temperature was not enough, especially the heating, which was only hot for a short while. Not to mention taking a hot spring bath outdoors, even basic showering was a problem. The housekeeper was even funnier. When she came into the room, she said, "You are wearing too little. Sister, I stayed in a hotel in Chengdu in February just to keep warm. Do I have to wear a down jacket indoors?" Second, the bath water temperature is not high enough. The room is cold and the bath water is not hot enough. How can the guests use it? Third, the TV didn’t work. I used to see other guests' comments online about other hotels' TVs not working well, and I thought it was just a small matter. Now I realize it is a big deal. The key is that the Internet company had already notified the merchant of the overdue payments before the New Year, but the hotel refused to pay. The reason was that they thought the service would not be shut down as the New Year was approaching. Haha, China Telecom is yours. The room rate is more than 700 yuan a day, and the hotel is in a very remote location. If the conditions were very good, guests would not think there was a problem, because high quality brings high prices, there is nothing wrong with that. There are problems in all aspects, yet they still dare to charge such a high room rate. The key is that there are no bad reviews yet. Can you please be a little more responsible for other guests when you review? Because I checked in too late, I had to drive an hour to change to another hotel, and it was a mountain road. There was really no other way.

The facilities are very complete, there is even a gym, which is unexpected. There is nothing to say about hygiene, it is very well done. It is on the back hillside of Qingcheng Mountain. The environment is very good, just like living in nature. There is also a stream, which has a nice artistic conception. The service was very good. The housekeeper was very attentive and even arranged a car for us to travel. She was very thoughtful and I am very grateful to her.

The service staff made me feel a little warm. The thin girl heard that my child had a fever and specially brought me a fever patch. She ran up and down to carry my luggage in such a hot day. It was really hard work. But in the end, I also want to say that the service staff are still very enthusiastic. However, the room facilities really need to be renovated. The boss said it needs to be improved further! Hope you guys can do better next time!

很不錯哦，體驗很好，旁邊有一條小溪流，小朋友們可以在這裏玩兒水。房間也挺大的，還有私湯，還是挺安逸的呢

這裏的環境清幽宜人，繁花綠植錯落有致，每一寸空氣都飽含着自然的清新，深深吸上一口，彷彿能洗去身心的疲憊。 早餐區域別具一格，早餐是定製早餐，營養搭配。 房間設施設備齊全。 非常有私密性，私人管家服務，整體感受非常愉快！

民宿面積很大，房間自帶客廳和廚房，自己做飯完全沒問題，不過我們嘗試了民宿的小火鍋和烤肉，價格實惠，味道相當不錯。買了兩聽啤酒，價格跟外面超市一個價，管家姐姐還額外送了兩聽可樂，太貼心了！ 晚飯後泡進私湯温泉，水温剛剛好，泡完渾身通泰，疲憊感一掃而空。回到房間，發現管家姐姐已經提前打開了電熱毯、空調還有暖氣，整個屋子暖烘烘的。床品觸感柔軟親膚，一鑽進被窩，温暖瞬間將我包裹 ，一夜好眠。這裏晚上安靜得很，我一覺睡到早上9點，要不是管家姐姐貼心地叫我們起床吃早飯，還能接着睡。吃完早飯，她還幫我們叫車下山。等車時，在前台玩投壺、打陀螺、吹泡泡，這些童年遊戲瞬間把我們拉回小時候，玩得不亦樂乎。 這次旅行愜意又難忘，雲孚裏莊園民宿給了我們超棒的體驗，下次出行，還選這兒！
