Booked a mahjong room to play with friends, but when we arrived, the mahjong table was broken. It took them two hours to try and fix it, but it still didn't work 🫠. The hygiene wasn't great either; there was a used toothbrush in the bathroom and cigarette butts next to the bed. The shampoo bottle was also broken. Not ideal.

Facilities: Very quiet with a convenient Tmall Genie. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Great design, and very convenient for getting around, whether to scenic spots or nearby areas. Service: Warm and attentive, especially the lady at check-out. She was so kind, asking if I wanted water and even helped me with a late check-out.

The hotel room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's inner garden, which offered beautiful scenery. The location was also fantastic – very close to all the attractions, and with a pedestrian street right downstairs, it was super convenient for shopping.

Facilities: The facilities are alright, but the room design is impractical. The shower area is too small, with no space for clothes or toiletries. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was okay, but there was some dust and hair on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. Environment: The environment is decent. There's a viewing platform, and it's close enough to Dujiangyan to walk there. However, the breakfast area is too small, and the variety is very limited. I also felt the bowls weren't cleaned properly and were greasy. Service: The service was very good; they upgraded my room for free.

Excellent! I'm really happy with this hotel overall. The environment is quiet and elegant, the room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The staff were friendly and attentive, paying close attention to every detail. It's conveniently located with plenty of amenities nearby. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay, and I highly recommend it. The front desk even gave me a free room upgrade and a late checkout.

After comparing many hotels for my trip to Dujiangyan, I finally chose Cloudland Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location is fantastic, right inside the scenic area and very close to the South Bridge entrance of the Dujiangyan Scenic Area, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there's a Miniso downstairs, so you can easily grab anything you need. The hotel's design is truly thoughtful. The new Chinese style is elegant and comfortable, and both the public garden area and the room details are very tasteful and photogenic. The room itself is spacious and open, not at all cramped, allowing for easy movement. Each room comes with Tmall Genie, offering smart home convenience. You can control lights, curtains, and air conditioning with your voice, bringing both technology and comfort to the max. The bedding is soft, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. The front desk staff were also very polite. The only slight drawbacks were that our Veranda Twin Room was located against the elevator, so we could hear it operating. However, after a long day of exploring, the slight noise wasn't really an issue. The shower pressure was a bit low, but still acceptable. Overall, for a trip to Dujiangyan, this hotel offers excellent value for money and a great experience. I'd definitely choose it again next time!
