After so many bad experience in Dujianyan, this hotel was quite a good surprise. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They literally fixed all our problems and they also gave a small "Hilton Panda bear" to my son which was really appreciated. In addition they also provided room upgrade, fruits, a small heater and anything necessary to make my family feel comfortable and let us have a good memory about our trip. I want to thanks all the staff and especially 文云武 who was practically perfect. It's really hard to find good employees and he clearly deserve to be praised.

When I booked, I asked about the king-size rooms. They are all near the road. The traffic is a bit disturbing for those who have trouble sleeping. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, but everything else is ok.

The room is comfortable, clean and sanitary. Before checking in, the front desk staff Xiao Zhang and Xiao Zou contacted in advance to inquire about the room requirements. The breakfast waiter was enthusiastic and helped to send the seat. A key chain was also given when checking out. I was satisfied with the stay.
