Steigenberger Chengdu

I've been wanting to try this hotel for a while, so when I went to Mount Qingcheng for a weekend trip, I specifically booked a city view room. While waiting to check in, the lobby manager kindly upgraded me to a lake view room, which I was very pleased with. Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Beautiful and convenient. Service: Professional, attentive, and very warm-hearted.

Excellent value for money; this quality would easily cost 2000 in Jiangsu or Zhejiang. The hotel's service is well-standardized, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. Liz was very responsive, and it was a very satisfying experience overall.

Traveling with my elderly parents and kids, the overall experience was great! Our butler, Yuna, added me on WeChat right from the booking stage. She was so friendly and helpful. The environment was also lovely, very quiet, and both the kids and my parents loved it. I'd definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

This was a wonderful trip! My family had a fantastic time with my 9-year-old daughter and 6-month-old baby. I accidentally booked a king-sized room, but thankfully the bed was large enough for my husband and me (both a bit on the bigger side!) and the baby, with plenty of room to spare. My older daughter quickly claimed the sofa bed and slept very comfortably for two nights. The hotel has its own hot springs. While there aren't many pools, it was more than enough for the kids to enjoy. Our room also had a bathtub, so we brought disposable bath liners, and the baby was able to comfortably soak for a bit. My allergy-prone baby adapted perfectly during our two-day stay. The surrounding area is well-equipped. Just a few hundred meters from the entrance, there's a food street with a variety of snacks, along with convenience stores and a shopping mall – everything you could need. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to Qingcheng Town, which was a lot of fun. There were many NPCs there, and my older daughter had a great time collecting photos and playing games. Next time, we'll definitely try the Snow World. Special thanks to Yuna for her excellent service. She responded to our requests instantly and had a very kind demeanor. It was a truly enjoyable family vacation.

Traveling with kids, Sunac is a worry-free choice. The hotel and entertainment facilities are well-equipped. Yuna was very helpful throughout our stay, incredibly thoughtful, and the overall experience was great.

Overall: This stay far exceeded my expectations! We originally planned a 3-day, 2-night trip to the Sunac Snow Park next door (the hotel package conveniently included ski tickets). What we didn't realize was that the hotel package also came with access to the 'outdoor hot springs.' Plus, the 'Huajian Pavilion Hotel' next door had an indoor children's play area, and there were outdoor activities like go-karting – perfect for letting the kids burn off some energy. Ambiance: We booked a lake-view room, and at night, we could even catch the fireworks and drone show from the 'Sunac Land - Dream Back to Qingcheng' next door. After relaxing in the hot springs, it was lovely to take the kids for a stroll around the hotel grounds; very pleasant. Room: As we were two adults and two children, I was initially worried the room might not be big enough and even asked the hotel for bed rails. However, there was a sofa bed, which was absolutely perfect! Breakfast: Quite varied. My only minor gripe was the absence of cold milk and frozen yogurt. Looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the water park again!

I've stayed at this hotel and the neighboring [Hotel Name] many times before, but previously I booked through [Platform Name]. This time, I booked on Ctrip, and the service was completely different. Right from the start, a customer service manager named Yuna called to understand our needs and helped us arrange a room in advance, even upgrading us. Check-in was very smooth upon arrival, and throughout the process, she explained everything about the pools, hot springs, and breakfast (even though we're quite familiar with it all). The next day, when we went skiing, I just mentioned it to Yuna, and she immediately issued our tickets. The service attitude was excellent. This was a stark contrast to my previous bookings on [Platform Name], where the first few times, even if we arrived at 1 or 2 PM, they would make us wait until 3 PM to check in, and the front desk staff back then were always quite impatient.

Booked a suite for our trip to Snow World with the kids, which included a three-hour beginner ski pass for Snow World. The kids went skiing while the adults could relax back at the hotel, making the most of the spring break to unwind. The environment was great, and both room service and breakfast were excellent. There were plenty of good restaurants around the hotel, all with very reasonable prices but without compromising on quality. Excellent value for money!
