Sonesta Hotel Gwinnett Place Atlanta

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing and highlighted several areas that require immediate attention. First, the property itself is outdated and in need of a full remodel. The overall appearance feels worn and not well-maintained, which impacts the overall guest experience. The bathroom condition was unacceptable. There were visible cracks and stains in the caulking, and it’s clear that new white caulking is needed throughout the entire bathroom. This made the space look unclean and poorly maintained. Additionally, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon arrival (Day 1) and was never refilled during my entire 3-night stay, which reflects a lack of attention to basic housekeeping standards. Another issue was the heating system, which was barely adequate during cold nights, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The room was not clean, the front desk service was poor, and when I asked to change to a higher floor, they were rude. Bad review.

It's noisy and generally messy, especially the breakfast is terrible. I think it's better to run the restaurant properly and get paid for it.
