Newly Build, Really Quiet environment which is a Plus to Me. The Room is a bit if a Rustic kind of theme yet very comfortable. Hot and Cold Shower are Functional. The only problem is very Small Parking Area for Guest who has 4 wheels making it difficult to manuever. I did however talk to their staff about this issue and good enough that they listen and I was very happy with their response. Overall, Very comfy place 0% Noise and will recommend to my friends if they will visit Dumaguete City.

The building is new so everthing functions as it should , a brown occurred and the generator back up was available. Good water pressure and good wifi , hot showers
