Florentina Homes

Florentina Homes is simply stunning; its architecture and vibrant colors are an instant dopamine rush. Garden terrace rooms are incredibly hard to book; we managed to snag 3 out of 4 nights at Dumaguete. The guesthouse has its own restaurant downstairs; the food is decent, not overly salty, and reasonably priced. Bottled water is provided in the rooms. The location is quiet despite being in a busy area. The pool isn't large, but since it wasn't peak season when I went, I had the whole pool to myself for a swim and some sunbathing. There was a very friendly uncle at the entrance who helped us call taxis and even gave us price guidance every time we went out. The Filipino people are so kind!

This hotel is a Spanish style hotel. Although the hotel is relatively old, the hotel service is very good and the facilities are very complete. The accommodation experience is as good as always. I especially like the Spanish restaurant downstairs.
