Really great hotel on top of the train station. Comfy rooms, very nice beds. Basic breakfast but did the job. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

Location was so convienient , it’s very easy to travel , hotel was good , it’s clean , just bed is not comfortable , staff was friendly , it was a good experience .

Overall it's ok and acceptable for a one night stay but it isn't fantastic. Its clean and basic. However there were issues with the room heating not functioning properly, noise from other guests, drug odours, dirty windows and been overcharged in the hotel bar.

Great city centre location, hotel is attached to the train station and the museums are just across the road. There is a Tesco downstairs which is open late. The hotel is new so the room was modern. The room was a good size and clean.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. The hotel's location is fantastic, right above Dundee train station, yet it's surprisingly quiet both day and night. Plus, the V&A Museum is just 50 meters away, diagonally across the street to the right when you step out.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above Dundee train station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching a train. There's also a Tesco store right downstairs. It's very close to Dundee city center and right by the sea, offering beautiful views. The hotel rooms are small, but very clean and tidy.
