Polite and helpful staff… cozy room provided with all enough amenities.

Booked a 2 double beds room, spacious and tidy! Shampoo, body wash and even conditioner and lotion were provided! Fitness room was a bonus! 15 mins walk to centre. Highly recommended!

The room was great. The staff were nice and polite, although not always able to help. For an entire evening, nobody answered calls to reception, which was a bit surprising. There were also no hotel slippers, and when we asked, no alternatives were offered. That said, we did enjoy the food. Dinner at the hotel was very nice. At breakfast, items were not always refilled if you arrived later in the morning, but overall it wasn’t bad. I would say it’s a nice hotel, and if I’m ever back in Dundee, I would stay there again. That said, there is definitely room for improvement.

Everything was good except they tried to gave me a room at attic which have a dirty and roof window. I went back and asked to change the room said this is not what it shows in the picture. Receptionist said she doesn’t know that and gave me a different room. But, I am sure she knew it and gave that thinking I won’t say anything. How come she won’t know 5th floor is attic.

This hotel is excellent quality, reasonably priced, and walking distance to the city. Is he happy to use again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. What stood out the most: Superb Accommodations: The room was pristine, beautifully designed, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and functionality-making it incredibly easy to unwind. Excellent Amenities & Location: Everything was well-maintained, and the convenient location made exploring the area entirely effortless. It is rare to find a property that nails both the big elements and the small touches so perfectly.

Great staff and hotel. Barman Joel was friendly and efficient and rushed off his feet. Breakfast good, but parking full, had to park in carpark 2 min walk away so not too bad. I'd go back when next in Dundee.

Has bus stop nearby, staff is very attentive and room is big with high ceiling. Restaurant is great and food service too. Good interior design. Window view is very good and can see St. Andrews with river
