Travelodge Dundee Central Hotel

The Hotel was satisfactory accommodation, the bathroom was clean and tidy, room was very spacious and beds were large and made well. For the price the room was very satisfactory and the only few issues we had is the walls had been repainted a bit shoddy in places and there wasnt a hairdryer, although there was a fan which was a nice suprise.

Comfortable basic.

I've stayed at Dundee Central Travel Lodge a few times over the last few years. My experience has always been positive. It's in a good location, 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes from the railway station. The rooms are a good size, have always been clean and have all the relevant amenities. I've found the staff at the hotel have always been pleasant and helpful. Overall, it's great value for money in a good location and the booking system is quite easy to use.

You need to provide bath mats for when you get out of the bath. This hotel has Free Parking and is centrally located. The room was very clean and well ventilated. But i would say that the external windows could do with a clean. We have stopped at this hotel a few times now.

Dundee Central ok for the money was a bit disappointed I booked twin room assessible, the beds were to small for adults they would have been OK for child room was large and clean no hand towel had to ask for them beds were not made properly when we arrived no covers pillow cases ripped not good

So the room was alright for the price. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough and some areas could have done with a paint. Specially room with having a leak by the looks of it at some time. Breakfast was pathetic to say the least £6 for a crappy box meal. If I knew that was it. I wouldn’t have bothered and maybe also booked elsewhere that served something a bit better.

We needed to find somewhere in Dundee that would take us all with our five month old Border Collie. We paid extra to choose a room on the 1st floor with one neighbour. We had enough room for two teenage boys, a portable crate. It also happened to be the cheapest option for Dundee City on that weekend.
