Great value, super breakfast, plenty of choice. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Only negative is lack of electrical sockets in the room and none near the beds for charging phones etc  Will return again

Great location, staff very helpful and friendly. Delicious hot breakfast, although was disappointed they didn't offer Dundee Marmalade.

Sarah and her colleagues made us feel at home. I appreciate that their very patient with our 6yo son and for the birthday card. Thank you!

Good location, great staff and a good room. However let down by a very poor buffet breakfast

We had a lovely stay here in Dundee. Our room and bathroom was very clean and had no smells, only some minor staining to the floor. We had a small issue with our bathrooms toilet which was promptly fixed by a very freindly handyman. Rooms have all the usual amenities such as a hairdryer, Iron etc, our room was closest to the street and could have benefited from better soundproofing as noise could be heard through the night. The hotel itself was clean and modern, while not a huge reception/breakfast zone its was well presented with the breakfast itself having plenty of options and staff being freindly and helpful. Very central location right by bus stops and the train station made it easy to go anywhere and you were only a few minutes walk to the centre. Well enjoyed and well recommended.

Excellent hotel! A special thanks to Olga because she can make anyone’s day happier just with her smile and good vibes! The hotel is well located. With a lovely view of the Tayroad bridge. The breakfast is awesome!

Room was lovely as usual. Only place I have stayed where there are no sockets by the bed though. A bit inconvenient.
