Easy check in. Clean room with lovely view of the River Tay and bridges. Thick fresh white towels in bathroom. Cold water was warm but that’s only negative. Night porter was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t pre booked but just gave room number in restaurant. Good choice of continental or full breakfast. Easy check out and friendly reception.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Everything was clean, the service was good, and I had a nice view of the river from my window. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location and good value for money. The hotel is a bit old and could benefit from some updates, but overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant for the price.

Good location in central Dundee. Free car parking - don`t use the pay and display machine, register your car number at Reception on arrival.

The hotel itself is dated but has everything you need. It has a good location too, close to the university and city centre. The staff are absolute stars and helped me switch my booking date after I accidentally booked the wrong day and saved my trip from disaster.

A comfortable hotel. My room was a very good size and had everything that I needed. The lady on the front desk was helpful. My room wasn't quite ready when I arrived so I had a short wait and the Receptionist added a free breakfast to my booking for that small inconvenience. Very good customer service.

Centrally located in Dundee, it's very convenient for both the University of Dundee and the V&A Dundee. The facilities are a bit dated, but the room was surprisingly spacious, which I was very pleased with.
