Malmaison Dundee

Amazing service throughout, food was fantastic. Room itself was lovely, feather pillows and comfortable bed. Would highly recommend especially if you are getting the Airport buses or trains

Excellent location adjacent to train station. Superb breakfast choice and attentive staff, comfortable room and powerful shower. However, a very impersonal bar, uncomfortable seats, a bit like a refectory...the kind of bar you might use to meet up but quickly go elsewhere and bar staff 'missing' on occasion. Reception area untidy and staff efficient but scruffily dressed. All in all a good stay but not on a par with other Malmaison hotels we've stayed in...

Room was very tired and not very clean. Toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. No mirror at dressing table

If you come in January or during the cold season, be prepared for an icebox of a room, a stubbornly clog-prone sink, and a bath that fills at a trickle.

Average rooms, bad service, average food. Over priced. Pick somewhere else.

Overall it was great experience. I didntvl8ke the grey nets, and although the view was great, the frigate unicorn and tay bridge, right in front was kinda building site..but hey ho Dundee is a city after all. Laura and I were lovely welcomed by your bubbly curly haired receptionist. We ghatt3d to her mist and she is truly am asset to you. We had afternoon tea and cocktails 🍸 lovely. Next day your lovely 😍 receptionist kept our bags and laughed over how we shopped till we dropped. Great feature with key fobs...we use phrase at work constantly....I've got the key, I've got the secret. Would recommend malmasion anytime 😊

There was mould all over the bath and toilet

Very good hotel, the space design is very modern, the service is very attentive, there are shopping malls in the neighborhood, there are places to shop, there are also places of literature and art space
