"Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence."

"Thus hotels most appealing benefit is its location. It’s a short walk to the octagon, historical railway station and the excellent (and free admission) Pioneer Museum. It’s a short is also only a couple of streets from George Street which has lots of shopping and restaurants. A block away is a large supermarket for groceries. The room size is adequate with a fridge and kettle. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The main issue was with the shower. It has no enclosure and although the floor is sloped towards the drain we had to put towels around the floor to stop water from running everywhere. The towels and bath mat naturally got soaked. For the price and location I would recommend this hotel if you are. It looking for anything upscale."

"Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future."

"Clean and tidy. The room had high ceilings which was very comfortable. The price was even cheaper than some motels. For this price, staying in a hotel of this caliber is truly amazing value for money. The only downside was that parking was quite inconvenient; if you want to park, you need to book early, but even then, you'll likely not get a spot as there are only about a dozen available."

"This hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's also parking right outside the hotel entrance, which is great for travelers with cars. The rooms have a lovely artistic feel, and the outdoor spaces are also filled with an artistic atmosphere. I loved it!"

"The motel's location is a bit out of the city center, so a car is essential for getting around. You can park right in front of your room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including pots and pans. The male owner was very responsible. On our first night, the AC wasn't blowing hot air, and we woke up freezing at around 5 AM. We talked to the owner the next day, and he explained that the thermostat was set too high, preventing the AC from kicking in. He then restarted the outdoor unit and got it working. He even proactively knocked on our door to check if it was working correctly and brought us a small space heater. The owner also provided a small map, showing us places to visit in the city and how to get there."

"The castle is very big and you can see the sea. It is a very good experience. You can choose your own buffet breakfast. I recommend the Lanark breakfast. Guests staying in the hotel can participate in the castle dinner. It is also great value for money. I will go there again if I have the chance."

"It is located next to the beach, with a large park with amusement facilities to enjoy. There is also a convenience store and Asian supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Although the hotel has a bar, if there is a place for cooking, it will definitely attract more people to book rooms."
