無意間搜尋到了鹿野酒店，網評還不錯，就下單來住了。酒店整體簡約大氣，前台辦理入住時，工作人員熱情接待，全程微笑服務。房間進去給人感覺很舒適，果斷決定之後的幾天也住這裏。另外早餐也是不錯的，值得早起。外出和前台交流，他們知無不言 言無不盡，儘可能將敦煌的美景美食線路説得詳細，也會給一些更加好的建議。前台的小哥哥小姐姐（特意記了他們名字，王晶芝、李亞瓊，楊宇傑），給人很温暖的感覺，也算是酒店的加分項。

床墊軟硬適中，躺下很快就可以入睡。比家裡的床還舒服。酒店是乾濕分離的浴室。水壓很強很穩，堪比五星級的酒店。

衞生：打掃的極其細緻，布草也沒有異味，很舒服
環境：高大上，很有檔次，房間設施也都很新。
服務：前台小姐姐十分熱情，有問必答，二樓餐廳門口還有引導阿姨，服務不要太好

工作人員態度非常之好，特別是前台有個微微胖工作人員還很親切的帶你上來樓，親和力特別強，環境也是很nice，我在敦煌玩了3天，換了三個酒店，鹿野是我體驗感最好的，平時都不評價的，這次我都刻意來發一段，不是託。

衞生間稍顯小，馬桶和淋浴在一起，容易弄濕衞生紙。洗衣房在地下一層，有個晾衣桿，沒有晾衣架。後來看到有人在五層的露台上晾衣服。
