Dunhuang Wild Luxury Desert Resort Glamping (Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Moon Spring Scenic Area)

In the desert of Dunhuang, I experienced the warm hospitality of Northwest China. The Qiuyu Family Space Capsule I stayed in featured an openable skylight, allowing me to gaze upon the vast starry sky from my bed. The night sky was exceptionally clear, captivating me. During the day, I rode camels at the desert camp, experiencing the leisurely rhythm of the Silk Road camel caravans. The camels were gentle and docile, and the undulating sand dunes along the way felt like traveling through a thousand years. In the evening, a bonfire was lit at the camp, and tourists sat around singing, dancing, and holding hands. The roaring flames illuminated the desert, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. Starry skies, bonfires, camel bells, the vast desert… every moment in Dunhuang was filled with romance and wild charm, making it a place I never wanted to leave.

My girlfriends and I had a romantic time in the desert: we came during the off-season, but it meant having a whole private desert area to ourselves, where we could sandboard, go off-road, take photos, and enjoy a stunning sunset. The camels were quite tall, so they swayed a bit when standing up and sitting down; we needed to hold on with one hand the whole time. Some sections were quite shaky, so be sure to wear long pants and sunscreen. The ride lasted about 20 minutes, and it wasn't as hot as I expected, but it was very sunny! They also arranged a stargazing dinner that evening, which was a unique experience. The tour leader was incredibly enthusiastic, and the photos they took were absolutely stunning. The fireworks after dark were absolutely breathtaking!!! The stargazing room had an electric skylight. We could see the stars from our bed. It was a very enjoyable day!

Watch the desert sunset with your loved ones. Staying at a desert campsite is highly recommended! You can see countless stars at night, and our guide, Xiao Chao, led us to a bonfire party – we had a blast! We stayed in a "starry sky room" with air conditioning and shared bathrooms, a great experience, and 24-hour hot water for showers. Activities included camel riding, desert motorcycling, sandboarding, and swings. Remember to participate actively at the bonfire party – you can win free small gifts!

我們來到敦煌想住特色酒店，搜尋了一些攻略，選擇了在沙漠裏住銀河山景房，房間有大的落地窗，能看到外面漂亮的鳴沙山連綿起伏的山景，空曠中享受自由。房管挺貼心的，會帶我們體驗沙灘摩託車，騎駱駝，玩滑沙，很多有趣的沙漠活動，晚上會有很多的朋友一起圍着篝火跳舞做遊戲，看煙花，拍星空整體感覺很奈斯，值得推薦！！！
