Booked this for my parents' self-driving trip in Dunhuang. My parents mentioned that the hotel entrance was a bit hard to find with the navigation, possibly because of ongoing road construction nearby. Also, the hot water pressure was quite low.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. The service was excellent, from the punctual and enthusiastic airport pickup, to the staff helping with luggage. The front desk was proactive in turning off the water and opening the door and elevator for me. The room was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch. It even came with a foot soaking tub and herbal bath salts. Besides the impressive breakfast, they also provided many complimentary items, including sunscreen, skincare products, snacks, and fruits. I highly recommend this hotel!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I'm really annoyed. It was incredibly noisy and I couldn't get any sleep at all. There's a KTV downstairs and people were singing all night long. The hotel put me on the 3rd floor, and it felt like I was staying right in a KTV room. It's the off-season, and the rooms upstairs weren't even fully occupied, yet they put me in the loudest room. The earplugs were useless; they were too big and uncomfortable, and I could still hear everything even with them in. Plus, the washing machine in the laundry room broke the drawstring on my clothes.

After arriving in Dunhuang, I stayed here. The facilities are pretty good; they even have foot bath tubs. Hygiene-wise, I haven't found any issues so far. For the environment, there's road construction in front, but a staff member came to pick me up, which was really nice. The service was great; all the front desk ladies were very friendly.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was great. The environment was quiet and not noisy at all, although the current road construction outside was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was quite good, and the staff were warm and attentive.

The room was spacious. Although the facilities weren't brand new, they were very well-maintained. The five-star service was consistently excellent, even including turn-down service and a foot bath bucket. The road outside was under construction, which made getting in and out a bit inconvenient. Luckily, it was the off-season, and there weren't many places to explore anyway. Recommended stay.

Booked two nights online, from a Hong Kong guest... The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. They provided complimentary fruit and yogurt daily, along with a foot bath basin and foot soak powder. My girlfriend only eats fruit and yogurt for breakfast, so I was planning to buy one breakfast at the hotel, but they very thoughtfully gave us two complimentary breakfasts. The laundry room is on the third floor in one of the guest rooms, with five washing machines and four dryers, definitely enough for everyone. Perhaps because it wasn't peak season, the value for money was excellent.

Thoughtful touches include a wide selection of windproof face masks available at the front desk for me to choose from. The complimentary snacks and coffee were a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and the heating was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise for someone from the south like me who isn't used to it. The service was great, very enthusiastic, and the breakfast was good. Currently, the front of the hotel is barricaded due to road construction, so the main entrance isn't accessible. Everyone has to come through the back entrance via the residential complex to access the parking lot. Thankfully, the parking in the complex is well-regulated. The only downside was that the hot water pressure was very low, which might be related to the road construction. Big thumbs up for the foot bath tub! So comfortable!

I've stayed here many times, and the front desk staff are as warm and generous as ever. However, this time the housekeeping service was truly disappointing. I specifically chose this hotel for its service, and despite the ongoing construction nearby making access difficult, I still went out of my way to stay here. This time, they even provided extra complimentary items like an eye mask and compressed facial masks. But the next morning, housekeeping took all the complimentary items away. The hotel offered airport pick-up, and we were greeted with ginger-date tea upon arrival. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, but the taste was just average. For dinner, they served us fried noodles, which also tasted pretty standard, but you could tell they put thought into it. There were plenty of washing machines, though I didn't use them. The foot bath in the room was a very thoughtful touch, and the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. The water was hot enough, and the mattress was comfortable. It's a bit of a distance to the night market, about a 7 RMB taxi ride, but you could walk if the weather's nice.

As a Trip.com user, this is honestly the first time I have written a review for a hotel. This is because most hotels in China force guests to give a 5-star rating in exchange for souvenirs (they even stand next to me holding my phone to make sure I give 5 stars). However, this hotel goes beyond that, because I am writing this based on my personal experience. Their service is outstanding, even for non-Chinese tourists. From the reception staff, restaurant team, to the cleaning service, they all provide excellent service. The hotel upgraded my room for free, offered afternoon snacks, free noodles from the hotel restaurant, free bandanas and their laundry room is amazing, with plenty of washing and drying machines available. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious. Truly a perfect place to rest when visiting Dunhuang. ❤️❤️❤️👍
