Nice 4 star hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful. Is within walking distance to the street food night market, and getting taxi is convenient.

Positive: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities in every floor with washing powder provided. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to night markets.
Negative: We were given 2 rooms not in the main building so had to drag our suitcases quite a long way. There were smokers on our floor so the whole corridor smelled like an ashtray though our rooms didn’t smell. No safe box so slightly inconvenient.

The cups didn’t clean daily. Breakfast limited choices. Good toilet facilities. Spacious for room.

房間通風不好，進去有異味。環境給人感覺壓抑。沒有服務意識，對於客户提出問題，選擇逃避和推脱。餐食衞生和食材方面也是不乾淨不新鮮。

老牌的四星酒店，新裝修過，設施有點舊，但住着還是挺舒服的，工作人員服務態度特別好，早餐也非常不錯，總體感受很好。
