It was okay . A problem with the shower was dealt with by a transfer to another room.

Ideally located, has parking as well, the restaurant part of the hotel is closed though which was very disappointing because of the state the bar was in.

Got given a room. Was dirty with dirty used towels. Bugs in the bath and pillow cases on the floor. Moved rooms and was equally as disgusting. Stained carpets yellow towels

Hotel is nice and located next to the mall and a supermarket. Very good for the price. Unfortunately theres no AC and I turned the heating off, the temperature of the room was very hot. Not sure id stay here on a hot day. Other than that, very good water pressure, very helpful staff, lovely outdoor area. Next to everything you need.

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.
