Residence Stay Juan and Oamel were amazing! However, the floors kept flooding. We did advise the front desk each time but it seems that every time we took a shower the floor would flood. Other than that we had a great time!

Great place The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and seemed like they enjoyed being there. They allow and welcome pets so that was a plus. The pool and sitting area is so comfortable.

Just wow! For the price through Travelocity this was a STEAL. It was pristine, the breakfast was amazing, I got in earlier than expected and they let me check in early with no problems the staff was great. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place questionable service The stay was amazing.I had problems with the front clerk upon arriving trying to charge me $650 and the room was already booked. Been a little over a week and still haven't gotten my deposit back it's just gone.

The customer service rep at the front was so sweet! Me and bae went on a stay-cation for valentine's day cause we didn’t fell comfortable going in a plane rn and decided to stay here. It was so nice. The room was not super clean because it seemed like the last couple had a lot of fun and some spots were missed on the couch. The rest of the room and the property itself was clean though. The woman who checked us in was so sweet.
