The hotel was great. Perfect location for business and pleasure. I would stay here again.

Lots of stains on carpet , we got fresh towels from housekeeping and there was black stains like someone stepped on the towels. Room also smelled.

When I pulled in the hotel it did not look very clean. I was right, I walked in and the lobby was hot. We walked up the dirty stairs (no elevator) to our room and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for another room and that room smelled of heavy air freshener. The front desk staff were very apologetic and nice. We did not stay there.

The place is in a tricky location, if you were trying to go there for the first time and coming in the night, give yourself enough time. Second thing to mention "This place does not have an elevator" always request for a lower level room. I was like WTH, how are the elderly and physically challenged ever get to the upper level. Third thing, the carpets in the rooms are super dirty and sticky, just walk with white sock and see the amount of dirt it attracts.

Every single member of the staff was kind and ready to help, rooms, common areas and parking are clean and easy to access. We left one day before our planned check out for personal reasons. We will come back!

Breakfast was very good. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The east exterior door lock did not work properly, was not secured at night. TV did not work properly, connection kept coming apart. Beds were comfortable.

Pros: Clean room, great friendly staff and comfortable beds. Cons: Very squeaky floor and bed, short toilet and couch, no elevators.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was very nice. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable easy parking.

We were therr from a sugery , the breakfast was terrible gravy like paste! lol! The room was sufficient t and clean staff was amazing
